"Babalik" by G22 delves into the theme of yearning for a previous relationship and pondering the potential for reigniting it. The lyrics capture the sentiments and thoughts of the narrators as they articulate their wishes, uncertainties, and inner turmoil.
In the initial verse, Bianca proposes a return to a place reminiscent of their shared past and contemplates the idea of resurrecting their relationship. The chorus reflects on past discussions, where the individual was likened to a prayer, and the notion of forcing things to work is broached. The narrators acknowledge the mental hurdles they face but question the persistent presence of the object of their longing in their lives.

I agree, the wish bus version is better. I wish they didn't make this kind of concept for this mv. They were 17-19 years old when they filmed this. I think it's too sultry. They could have made it classier. Just my opinion.
