I never thought of wrapping the metal bushings in Teflon tape!

Small correction: CMP Racing experienced that catastrophic double camber adjuster failure during a 24-hour endurance race, not an 8-hour endurance race. Not sure if that makes it any better. Suspension components shouldn't be snapping in half period.

Do you think it would be worth it on a S2000 to use teflon tape around the compliance bushing's bolt sleeve?

The compliance bushings on the front lower control arms of the S2000s pivot rather than rotate, so I don't think it would give you the same benefits in that application. Based on my admittedly limited experience with S2000s, I would probably opt to keep that bushing rubber for a street car or look at a full spherical bearing conversion for a track car.

Could recommend some base line camber and caster specs. I am building a 92 honda for track days and time attack.

Alignment will depend heavily on what tyres you use. We use Hoosier DOT R-compound slicks, and currently run between -3 and -3.75 deg camber. We played with the caster a bit and settled on a spec around +2.2 degrees.

@@StudioVRM tires will ao52 or cr1 depending on if I am running gta or gridlife. The car does have full aero.

What your take on extended lower ball joint to correct suspension geometry.

Recommended wholeheartedly. It makes a big difference if your car is lowered even slightly.
