I know this has probably already been said, but this song has the potential to become a story all it's own. Maybe not about Renard specifically, but perhaps another protagonist. They go out and find the being who killed their lover, thus using their body to recreate the protagonist's late significant other. The story does not necessarily need to end there either. Maybe in later chapters the author can expand upon the situation, along with the events and new challenges that rise after.
