I bought a 2022 Frontier SV, but without all the extras. It's just a crew cab 4x4, and so far I'm really impressed. I paid $38k for mine. The only major complaint I have is the lack of telescoping steering wheel, but that matters less in a truck, versus a sports car. It's a great-looking truck with a solid, proven chassis, and a very responsive powertrain.
There's something about this truck and it looks really fly! And the horsepower it has for a midsize is what I'm digging. And to top it off, this lower trim includes the sunroof. I agree with you said about trucks only being used for work, that's old school. I can really see myself driving this truck on a road trip all the way out to the west coast!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed well its probably the best time since they are starting to get away from the cvt Transmissions. Would be awesome to see frontier Tacoma comparisons along with pathfinder and 4 runners.. You know a side by side. Of course an off road comparison would be boss level.
Actually those LED headlights are part of the premium package if you’re buying the SV trim in the states. (Includes leather and sunroof also) I know the packages are a bit different in Canada if you’re filming there. 👍🏻 Nice thorough tour of the truck.
That's a tough one! We'll be reviewing the Pro4x next week and comparing it to my TRD Offroad since that's a similar price. I'd probably stick with the Tacoma, but we'll see what I think next week!
Technology package has nothing to do with LED lights as that's the premium package that offers that. I can't believe the premium package came with the regular SV rims.
the Back seat under seat storage boxes. I was wondering if they could be removed? I would be transporting my Dogs and putting the back seats up when transporting them would be great.
I'm sure they could be. Might not be designed to come in and out all theme, but take a look if you can and I'm sure they can come out and then put some towels down if there is anything sharp or bare metal
I just picked up one of these trucks. The under seat bins do come out. Each bin has a couple knobs in the base; a quarter turn each and the bins pop out. It's mostly carpeted underneath, though the brackets the bins are attached to are exposed. The knob/fastener itself is plastic, so if you do it a lot I'd imagine it may wear out.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed sure does. Ill take it over an overpriced "me too" 22 tacoma and it's garbage transmission any day. Frontier Extended cab with the longer bed + leveling/2" lift kit, upsized tires looks so savage.

Glad you enjoyed this Frontier review! It's a nice midsize option in the world of trucks with some nice features!
This is the most powerful mid size pickup truck out of the others.
I would assume it's up there!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed 310hp compared to 270hp in the Ranger for example.
I like the color of this truck!!! Nice job bro.
Yeah it was a nice trim for the price for sure!
The pickuptruck looks like a proper pickup truck, looks great! 😎
It does! I like the new style compared to the outgoing model as well!
Wow a Nissan on the channel. Great news guys. Awesome review as always
Glad you liked it!! First time getting to review some Nissans!

This is in the states, and I thought I mentioned that, but the base SV doesn't have those, that is a package as you said. It's a nice truck for sure.
If I didn't have a tacoma trdpro I'd probably buy the new frontier pro4x. Nice truck and great review!

Reason I chose the frontier over Tacoma was due to towing is 6k bed load is 1300 and has a 3.8 v6
Great vehicle
I'm here watching this video like I can afford to buy one of these trucks lol
But anyway great video
Great truck
Keep working towards it and you'll be able to if you really want a Frontier!! Glad you enjoyed this review on it!
Australians have the Nissan Navara.
Us Europeans used to have it but it’s going away soon.
I haven't even hear of those models, but we don't get them in the US.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed The Navara is a similar size to the Frontier. It has a diesel with a 6MT or 7AT.
@@DaveDVideoMaker That’s cool!

That's probably what I meant to say! The LED lights, sunroof and I think sensors were apart of that! But yeah, cool package to see on the SV!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I believe parking sensors are part of the convenience package.

Is this the Nissan dealer Brian is trying to get his new Z at
haha yeah. Same ownership as the Toyota dealer he bought the Supra from
@@BrosFOURRSpeed yeah I noticed it’s the same name as the Toyota dealer you got your Supra from
May I ask if there's a difference with the capabilities that a Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 has in comparison to a Nissan Frontier Pro-4x?
I've only seen the SV offer the LED headlights while purchasing the midnight package.
It'd be great to see it on SVs as an option.
Manly just cosmetics and tech honestly. The Pro 4X I think has a locking differential. But that's all mechanically that would be different
Previous generation looks much better
This was a more basic spec. The Pro-4X looks pretty nice!

No spray in liner with the tie downs is a bummer.
I'd definitely do a spray in liner with this for sure!
What's the price difference with this and the pro 4x?

3.8 L V6
Yup, that’s what I said in the review on this Nissan Frontier!
So a Tacoma
Tacoma what?....The new body style of the Frontier resembles a Tacoma in some angles, I noticed that!
NO, It's not made in Mexico
42k? uh what? lmao
Yeah it's a nice chunk. Everything is pricey these days

You’re actually 2nd. I put up two comments on this weejio.
Thanks for checking out the Frontier review!
He never said he was first lol!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed He said he was 3rd.
@@DaveDVideoMaker I don’t see that comment anywhere!
