You are not right about the Saudi League France has player and Portugal has also players in their national team from there. Because you don't follow something and just say the same as others it doesn't mean that is true.
France and Portugal won't be relying on players from the Saudi league (Ronaldo is an outlier). France and Portugal will be relying on their players in Europe because players who have spent 9 months in Saudi will not be good enough sorry.
