Enjoy the humour, and Tabatha lol, so annoying when people ask for the tabs when you just have to use eyes and ears. So good not to take life to seriously. Well done on the editing too, lots of work involved. I enjoyed it.

Tim is an amazing artist. He’s super talented and creative beyond words. ( Grammy Award for song writing ) he’s the only person ( paid online lessons) that can hold my aging attention deficit concentration and I’m breaking the chain and blowing out the cobwebs. ❤ I’m forever grateful to him. He’s always throwing us a creative punch that enhances our learning.❤

I wish you were around when I was learning guitar. I watch 30 minute music theory videos for some reason, but love watching you break down the basics.
Hopefully you don’t take it the wrong way because it’s actually a compliment. I can get more from a short with you giving your pov on simpler concepts. In the spirit of this video, less is sometimes more, especially if you go about it in a thoughtful way.

Compliment taken! In fact, this was one of my very first videos - which explains why my recent shorts are more efficient - I think I'm getting better at teaching, which is super fun. And much like guitar itself, turns out to take a LOT of reps. How zen!

don’t be afraid of “wrong” or chromatic notes… always just a half step away! Will usually add interesting notes or a slide into note from the scale. Happy accidents y’all

How many squares of the pentatonic can we progress through? Is it three, like the same number of licks to the center of a tootsie pop?

Hi thanks for asking - so far we have 2 lesson packs up, more added every month - they include a short song, with 3 levels of lessons, backing tracks, example play-throughs and a PDF of chords/TAB/licks used. Most of all I give you ideas to try, show you how and where they'd work - and then YOU get to decide how to play the song!
