This episode has an interesting tidbit. Sheridan gave permission to use Excalibur to find out what was going on. Capt. Gideon was hand-picked by Sheridan, who "collects" information on black projects. I don't recall you connecting IPX to B5. It's not only the company that Sheridan's wife was working for when she went to Z'ha'dum, but it's also the one mentioned in "Infected" S1E4 of B5. The one with the biological weapon that fuses to a host & was programed to eliminate anyone who wasn't "pure" Ikarran. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Also the company, which is a cover for EarthForce New Technologies, that tried to hijack the Shadow ship on Ganymede and dig up the Shadow ship on Mars

There's a theme in this episode that ties into the season as a whole, but without the unfilmed scripts you'd probably never notice. Although there are hints in the same episode as the virus shield.
