Hi Noel, I don't usually respond to messages but felt the need to reply. I'm 47 and also left a job in 2021 (toxic) and had a turbulent 2022 and still trying to find myself. I left a toxic job and the past year has taught me the importance of happiness and inner peace. I hope that you find the happiness that you're seeking and if teaching is your love... then you're on the right path (life is good). Even though it's been rough (just a season) keep going because more opportunities lie ahead (which I also tell myself). Happy 2023 and here's to prosperity and happiness. Regards Kamla

Your thoughts mirror much of mine and it's encouraging to know I'm not alone (or crazy). Second, the story of your family cat (RIP Fuzzle). Thank you for sharing that vulnerable moment. Anyone can spout out inspirational words and motivational quotes but you share personal stories. You're real and that's a quality that, in today's realm of social media, is rare. I'm a digital marketing analyst and copywriter. I see so many masks, even work with some, and it's refreshing to see authenticity and vulnerability. Please don't ever stop sharing your thoughts, they are appreciated much more than you know. I hope you and your family have a great year. ❤
Lesson 9 I think to make it count or to be present is making sure that what's around you notices. Basically if you're around me I ask you how you are instead of just assuming by looking at you. Everything needs to be distributed (energy).

I resonated with the words, “if something doesn’t align with your values, it probably doesn’t, trust your intuition”. To be honest, I have been saying the same words, for the last few months about my circumstances. The fear creeps in, it’s hard to just let go…the whispers… 😮
