I went for a run past Tuesday, tripped on uneven pavement and broke my nose and sinus, and opened a laceration to my forehead. I was taking it easy, but I just realized that I was on a parking lot when I listened to this. Daunted by the unequivocal truth that I have to start all over. Deconstruct my training for the past 20 years and start over. But this video helped me get back somehow. Here at the gym trying to do something but knowing that is many aspects of my life that need reconstruction.

The speech from one hour for 10minutes hit my whole soul and can't describe the feeling as it instantly transformed me to realize I have always had value. Always been worthy. Why on earth did I think I was flawed? compared to what? How hard it has been for those who truly love me to see me not see my worth and wallow in not feeling good enough? Military family
I have been struggling with severe anxiety for about 5 years now and I’m only 16. I don’t know how to stop it, I’ve tried meditation,medications,keeping busy ect. I’m so tired and I feel like there’s no way out of this. At this point i feel like there’s not a day that goes by where I can enjoy it, I’m always worrying or anxious about something. It makes me so sad because all I want is to enjoy my teenage years and enjoy my life… but having to deal with such high stress 24/7 is tearing me down… I feel so alone.

There are different situations in my way of letting behind me the unhappy situation i was in for many ears and every time i listen to you, the speach is like it is punctually addresed to me directly. I feel like the universe is talking to me through you. Without you it would have been much more struggel and doubts and maybe distruction second though again against me. Please continue what you are doing for letting us to have the necessary support to keep going forward and have from you the confirmation that we took the right decision and we must keep tight to it for our own good or even the best in our life.
