In this episode we dissected the 4 main sectors of a business (operations, marketing, finance and human resources). We talked about our key roles at Dynamicrecov and strengths/weaknesses we both have.
At the time of this recording we are approaching 2 years of ownership of Dynamicrecov being our main business. We aren't your typical business gurus but we are shedding a light on what we have learnt so far in the journey!
We both share our background in business and shed a light on a fact that all the theory can be done but without actually practicing what you learn you will never inherit a skill.
