I feel that doing your garden centre videos is good every second week in April. Our weather is so unpredictable I never plant until May 24th weekend unless it turns really hot. Thanks for the new products shown we will try those shrimp tacos next visit.

Gouda is not normally one of my favourites but the Hollandia mild Gouda was delicious. It had a very creamy texture.

I am going to try growing bell peppers, tomatoes & cayenne peppers. Don’t have a lot of space to grow but homegrown is always best! Watermelon would be a dream!

So glad I found your channel. Your tours of Costco are invaluable. Having a puppy is hard. They always seem to know where to play….and that is the freshly turned soil in a garden. I avoided that when our shelties were young by using grow bags. I grew amazing tomatoes, cucumbers, bush beans with teepee made from three bamboo poles. Using the Dollarama stackable I grew my lettuces, spinach , various herbs and strawberries. Once my dogs got over the puppy stage I used my raised beds more for my potatoes and scarlet runner beans. Looking forward to more of your videos. Thank you for all the time and effort. 🥰👍🏻🇨🇦

I forgot to mention!! All of your food recommendations are absolutely amazing!!!!! The Olivia butterfly shrimp u recommended were a huge hit in my house and made Easter that much special!!! Love ur channel!
Thanks for a great video Dee, I have roses in my front flower bed and just have to use pots as we just have a deck. We had tomatoes last year and some radishes that we planted in pots. I love looking at all the flowers, but don't have the space. Great price on the batteries, will have to get some. Have a great week.

Thanks Dee. I got a price adjustment on ricotta cheese. I had bought 3 tubs in the last 2 weeks, so I got $6 in price adjustments. I plan on planting strawberries, swiss chard, collard greens. I'm going to try planning exclusively in container bags that I will put on a shelf, so vertical gardening
That's a great strategy! Have you grown anything like this before on a vertical?
@@DEEANDFAM Last year, I did swiss chard in containers and it worked out well. I can better control how much water I give each plant

I noticed in the garden section that they have my mom's favorite flower, which is hard to find and is named after her "Hyacinth white" I definitely will be purchasing a few to plant in front of the house in remembrance of her and also by her graveside for Mother's Day.😔❤

Hi Dee. Happy Thursday. Thank you for showing us what’s new at Costco and some of the sales. Garden Centre opening is a sure sign that we can look forward to warmer weather soon. I highly recommend the quiche. I have had both many times. It’s great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I agree with you on the corn. It’s not local yet but I had great luck last year when I bought it. Thank you for the video!!! I will go to Costco this weekend, I can't wait for the summer and to buy the beautiful flowers they have , I will wait this year till the end of May. Last year I bought them to soon and was too cold. Every time I go there I buy the 7 grains salad, I combine that with lettuce or other salads, and I don't have to add a dressing that way.Oh and the Gouda cheese that's the one i buy, and it's on sale ,super!❤

@@DEEANDFAM I plan to get some annuals, perennials, grasses and hanging baskets....I think I'll be to late to plant bulbs. This will be our 1st summer at a campground with our trailer. In the winter we live in Ecuador and return to Ontario Mother's Day weekend. So I'll have to see what is available when we return. Thanks for sharing your shopping at Costco

Another great video Dee and very timely for this weekend’s Costco run! You are so generous with your time and with your viewers. Thank you for doing what you do every week - you save me so much time and money. Costco does have some great meal kits and I had been eyeing the taco one. Now that it has the Dee stamp of approval - it will be on my buy list LOL! When they had the International week going, I bought Brazi Bites - not cheap but SO delicious. I was glad they still had them available last week but didn’t have a massive amount, so I bought 4 packages just in case I didn’t find them again 😂. They are great in the air fryer and quick to make. Hope they don’t get rid of these!

I'm excited to see the garden centre!! They were just setting it up when I was there on Tuesday. Gardening is my fav season 😊 I'll be planting tomatoes, peas, radishes, oregano, lemon balm, thyme and strawberries. The squirrels are gonna fight me for them. So I got picnic covers for food to cover the strawberry plants on my raised bed, I'm ready for battle 😂
Good luck with your strawberries! Last year we lost all of ours to insects and animals. I hope we get a better outcome this year

I always love your videos. We don't always have the same things as you show, but I keep my eye out for them, and sometimes they do come in. I would like to get some herbs to grow, but I live in an apartment that doesn't have the greatest light. Maybe someday.

I haven’t seen any flavour’d sausage at my Costco. But my husband would never try them. He’s very fussy!! I made chicken teriyaki and seal vac it for the summer. I tried a few precooked meats last summer and they turned out well. Thanks Dee 💕🇨🇦👍🐶
