Enjoy the vids my friend but honestly Costco (well at least mine) tends to be drift away from some of the healthier options. The sodium count on many of the prepared foods is insane. That said, like a dog sniffing truffles out in Italy, you do a fine job of finding the shrinking number of gems Costco has.

Yes Ma'am I have, I know that some people are not fond of something created to mimic a flavor. Even if derived from naturals sources. I will always suggest avoiding them if and when possible. Having worked most of my career with bariatric, diabetics and CVD patients in health care, my primary focus is to help people recognize and make simple changes that will have positive results. I always try to focus on facts not fear based on human randomized controlled studies not rodent models.
