They do promote a handful of their products, but at the same time they diss the vast majority of their junk and processed foods which probably have high profit margins

Yes and no. A lot of their core audience is already avoiding most of the junk - so if anything, there might be more people scaling up into a higher-margin organic meats, eggs, produce, etc. Trade-offs!

Issues with these two is they often give mis information. They leave out important details.
I've researched Paul's references and on more than one occasion he's left out details of a paper so that it fit his narrative.
They have some good advice but they also ride a dangerous line that can hurt people

A powerhouse of information! Paul breaks down the science and Bobby finds that deal! I've never felt better eating more red meat, raw dairy , and fruit. I wish more would put aside the fearmongering and do their own research about our food pyramid and western medicine. Seeing two of my favorites work together, it doesn't get much better than that.

Did a doctor tell you that loading up on raw milk and red meat is a good idea? Actual science and not anecdotes points to more health problems and earlier death with red meat. Where are the references Paul had provided in this video? Your post had made as much sense as me bragging about how much energy I have had to the neighbors, since I started eating more pistachio nuts. I'd love to see your studies proving that the standard food pyramid is wrong.
Hopefully you're getting your meat from a local trusted source because that Aldi's "grass fed" ground beef is awful.

I started making my own butter when I run out of Kerry Gold. lol how did I not know butter is just milk spun around in a blender just a bit longer than whipped cream. So easy to do. Try it!
Yes! I remember going to a pioneer day with my daughter at school and we made butter by shaking either milk or half/half or heavy cream(?) in a mason jar! So cool!

I just got back from Aldi's and a shout out to the lower prices. Please include Lentils and beans to the list of nutritional powerhouses!
According to Paul they're poison lol
Animal sources of protein are more bioavailable than plant sources, and Paul is concerned with the phytic acid content in beans and lentils. He refers to them as survival foods. This can be greatly reduced by soaking, pressure cooking, and consuming some vitamin c with beans.
In my opinion, if beans are good, beef is great. Plenty of people thrive eating lots of beans, while others do far better with meat. It comes down to how you feel and what your health markers are. If you don’t eat meat or animal products, where do you get your fat soluble vitamins?
I see no reason to exclude either. Vegans could certainly run into problems long term if they are actively avoiding meat, but I do disagree with Paul on the “beans are bs” way of thinking.
I eat mostly beef but I’ll eat beans from time to time because I like them (rice and beans, Mexican food), but beef contains far more nutrients and will be better as you age, because red meat helps maintain for muscle mass in the elderly.

@@lukebrady65- plants can be bad for certain people (like myself) who are sensitive to oxalates, salicylates, histamine and nightshades. I have to avoid most vegetables and almost all fruit.

@@catherineyslas4725 I am on a ketogenic diet. It's a medical ketogenic diet which means I eat 20 grams of carbohydrates per day or less. Doing medical keto helps alleviate side effects of medications. However, it can also help alleviate the symptoms of mental illness too (hallucinations and delusions). Dr. Chris Palmer's book called Brain Energy is why I follow this diet. There is a RUclips channel called Metabolic Mind that makes videos on the ketogenic diet for mental illness (major depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar). I hope this helps! Wishing your son and you the best!
Keto is recommended for mental health issues as well as physical health issues. The fruit and honey is not on a keto diet and unfortunately will kick you out of ketosis.
Another important source of healthy fats is cold water fatty fish, like sardines, mackerel, herring and wild Alaskan salmon.
Loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, taurine, Vitamins B-12 and D, magnesium, etc.
Very nutrient dense.

So I have a question,, I heard on the news that they are going to be giving the calf’s the MRNA shots because some have the bird flu. How dangerous is this to humans ( I did not take the Covid vaccine) and will they do this to grass fed and finish or organic??
They have been injecting cows and pigs with mRNA since April of this year. I can’t believe they don’t have some sort of traceability for their beef! Did you know that store ground beef comes from literally everywhere! Not just the US! They ship it in 20,000 pounds at a time and you have no idea where this beef comes from. I would never eat it. I’m so surprised that Bobby isn’t mentioning or is concerned about this.

If you have eaten enough grass fed beef, you can tell the taste compared to grain fed beef

Yes, it is better quality chicken; but chicken cannot compare nutritionally to beef.
It's important to limit red meat consumption for health reasons; need to limit it to 2-3 servings a week and it needs to be grass-fed and organic. I am also confused why they seem to think red meat is healthy.

Thats such a great point about what chickens are fed, such a shame they are not at least given a natural diet. This subject of what our food eats, including the soil our plant food eats is such a issue. We are what we eat and that means what our food ate.
