Total weight is important unsprung weight is bigger gains especially on rotating parts brakes wheels hubs/ knuckles are all huge changes to how the car drives and performs

I’ve got an e46 330cd is it worth switching to a 330ci to start drifting with?
I’m new to drifting so learning differences

Add a turbo to it or go straight for an ls or bmw v8
What engine is in that car ? I don't know LS that much
It started life as a 6.2 and got punched to a 6.9 stroker
