If you have an Nvidia graphics Card: -When on desktop, right click and go click on the Nvidia control center or what it is called -Then you select "Desktop Color Settings" and put your "vibrant colors" ("Digitale Farbanpassung" in german, just the one with the grey V) up to 70% to 75%, so all colors are more vibrant and everything seems brighter

It is the one with the V on a grey Background with the percentage as a scale.
