Bonjour mon ami 👍Hi friend Great update 👍very good unboxing I like this kit italeri 👍I enjoy watching your video 😎congrats buddy good morning of France 👍🇫🇷
I’m finally getting around to buying this. I bought four of these (different battle kits) and this was the one I really wanted but never actually pulled the trigger. Recently I felt like they were close to selling out so now or never. Anyway, I had to re-watch this series as you did a great job (watched it and commented years ago). Thanks for posting (3 years ago) so laggers like me to still enjoy! 😊
Thanks for checking out the archives. It was a bit of an education for me at first, but when I got the time together it went well. I hadn't done a lot of MDF at that time, so a bit more experience would have helped. Are you going to do up the interior?
Thanks Leon. I am looking forward to really putting my all into it as a center piece of my Bolt Action stuff. At first I wasn't going to do any interior work, but then the pamphlet that came with the kit sparked way too many ideas.
Great project, I'm really looking forward to seeing it done and that 3rd Berlin house is going to make your table really fantastic. I hope I'll be able to visit again and game and drink beers on that finished table.
Thanks, Ginz. I don't know if I'll do as much with the interior as the other two, but I do want to do some custom work on the inside of the Reichstag if only to denote sections of the building for assaults and stuff. Did you see who sent it to me? 100% your brother's idea. lol He's watching the Sopranos and we've just been texting Gabagool memes back and forth. haha. Stay warm. Enjoy that -36C weather. lol
Thanks for checking it out! I was really happy to get the kit...even though it took me forever to get it all done and tarted up. I only wish I had more time to make the laser cut scenery...and space too!
The reichstag looks dope, i want one. The berlin house looks awesome too. Nice up coming kits the panzer 4 and the t 34 85, and that pirate ship do looks crazy good. Cheers man happy weekend.
Thanks Lucian. I hope to get the 3rd Berlin house, a bunch of MDF terrain and the Reichstag done by summer. I also have a pile more Volkssturm guys and those new T34/85s so a battle report will be absolutely necessary.
My fellow nerd-hobby enthusiast friends here and I are looking forward to doing the final showdown in a mish mash of 28mm and 1/72...with 1/48 scale vehicles. It'll be chaos!
The MDF models you'l have no trouble with. With all of the ones i have built, which is many, Sarissa are probably the best for having the lines well cut, still need a knife the odd time to release the part but in general pretty good. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
I'm working on a Rail Station now as a build up. Pretty easy to pick up. I've already got a few things I want to try with the MDF pub after that. I'm hoping to get into this kit by March. Fingers crossed.
The Berlin house instructions are garbage. GARBAGE! You'll ask yourself how the stairs just magically appeared between steps 3 and 4. Also, if you want to do interior work, you'll need a dremel to grind out the plugs sticking out of the walls. This kit is the GI Joe aircraft carrier of terrain. I had to have it. If you ever come to Japan, I'll kill your army trying to defend it. lol
Thanks. I've had that pennant since 1980 when they moved up from Atlanta and the Lethbridge Wranglers used to be the Calgary Wranglers and they both played in the Corral!
Nice item mate. Are you going to utilise the building for bolt action at 28? I suppose it’s still a meaty size but a shed in comparison to the real building in 28. Love the little kitty in the helmet. Is that a new feline addition to your family?
It's going to be for Bolt Action 28mm. The Berlin houses are the same scale and they work fine. That cat, Sharky, whose hobbies are biting, eating and ambushing, is about 4 years old now. I rescued him from a supermarket parking lot when he was really small and sick. The black cat, Macho man, died in September from being too bad ass and old age. He was a cold blooded murderer 100%. Snakes, crows, moles, squirrels, rabbits, mice, lizards, none were spared.
a set of Volkstrum would be good with this set rather than regular German troops who were all shot by the battle of the Reichstag, but they're made by other manufacturers not Italeri
The Italeri figures aren't that great. I've got some metal 20mm stuff I'm doing for a mate and they are miles better. Thanks for checking out the video!
I started on some MDF, but the airbrush regulator crapped out. I had a whole day to myself and everything broke down. Even having fun is pissing me off. lol
Dude!!! That's frickin cool! Nice! Sarissa building! Looking forward to this being built and painted. Thanks for sharing! Take Care.👍🍻👍
When I saw the ad for it, I knew I had to buy it. If I get nothing else all year, I needed it. It's the GI Joe aircraft carrier of WW2 scenery. lol
A promising and lovely box...Already waiting for more!

Thats a great looking kit. look forward to seeing you work your magic on it

@@jvcpaints Yeah I noticed the name, what a classic
Love seeing people around the world unboxing these as the laser cut parts were made in the UK, near where i live in Derbyshire 😊

Awesome kit! This will be a great build! Can't wait to see it.
Thanks, Vic. I'm looking forward to getting it all done up and ready for the table.
That’s an amazing looking set James. You’ll have fun with that. 🙂
Thanks, Jim. I intend to! I'm going to do a few MDF projects first though before tackling this one.
Brilliant package James! Looking forward in seeing you complete it and set it up!
My Terrroni friends are good to me. I can't wait to set it up and show it off, but I have to get some MDF experience first.
That will keep you busy for a while James but i look forward to the build and paint marra . Regards Gav.
Thanks, Gav. I'm pretty stoked about it too! It came a month early and really picked me up from my funk.
This is a great looking project I'm really looking forward to seeing you paint these up, all the best Garry
Thanks, Garry. I'm looking forward to getting stuck in on it, but have to get some MDF skills first. I don't want to mess it up.
Great looking box set mate, looking forward to your progress on it
Looks a great project. Good luck
Thanks! I'm hoping it turns out well.

Look forward to seeing it finished up!
Cheers! I look forward to getting it up and done with some bells and whistles to make it really pop.
Looks like a fun bundle to get for the Reichstag battle.

Holy Moley, that's awesome!
It's a beast. I have to get some MDF experience points before taking this boss on.

Like it..."fortress of solitude, snake mountain", whats not to like :DDDD
Was looking at that on there site, pretty sweet. I gotta find one of them Berlin houses.

@@jvcpaints oh ya good to know, already have a dremel, and finally got a compressor for my airbrush.
Can’t wait! Go flames!
Thanks. I've had that pennant since 1980 when they moved up from Atlanta and the Lethbridge Wranglers used to be the Calgary Wranglers and they both played in the Corral!
Looks like a great kit. I wonder how big it would be in 1/56?
I figure in 1/56 it would be about 84 inches across. This is a downsized 1/72 kit with over half the facade missing and it's about 36 inches.
建物の模型が楽しみです.
今まで楽しかった。たまにパツが合わないで、大変でした。

Yippie! More crap to paint!

Budapesht
It might even do well as the Breslau city hall.
