Every triangle has 3 altitudes, one from each vertex. The altitude is the shortest distance from the vertex to its opposite side. The 3 altitudes always meet at a single point, no matter what the shape of the triangle is. @@InfinityLearn_NEET What he meant was that the questions we get in tests, etc are harder to solve and therefore we'd have to try and compare it to these simple ones
The orthocentre is the intersection of all 3 altitudes in a TRIANGLE Whereas circumcentre is the centre of CIRCLE, its easy, and hope this cleared your doubt, if it was still after 11months

Can You Make A Video On How To Construct Altitudes Of An Obtuse Angled Triangle ?
Hi Anju, You will find our current construction videos here. Hope you find these useful. Enjoy!
dontmemorise.com/course/view.php?id=57
Could you say about reflex too
which app u have used for making this video
I like this video can u explain medians also
Yes, Vidyanshu!
We have a few videos on medians here: dontmemorise.com/course/view.php?id=42
Happy Learning :)
I have a doubt-
How a ALTITUDE is different to that of MEDIAN?
Even though they have the same origin (Vertex)
Altitude makes angle 90 in opposite side but not equal part... median divides opp side into equal parts but does not make angle 90 .
In an EQUILATERAL triangle, angle bisectors, perpendicular bisectors, medians and altitudes are just the same.
Altitude forms right angles whereas median divides the line into two equal parts
@@joshithaa5596 thank you so much for this
