Sir, I'm performing the same experiment for a motor but I'm using an incremental encoder instead. The output is nearly Ok. But for a 1500 rpm motor, the rpm values fluctuate a lot like it constantly moves from 1450-1550, and in between these values. can you provide a solution for it that what I should you, so that the values remain nearly constant?
Sir Can you make a video on Automatic Ceiling fan winding machine in which we have 1 selector switch for Auto and manual mode. If manual mode is selected motor direction will only be changed by selector switch Left/Right. And if Auto Mode is selected when we run the motor by pressing NO push Button motor will run until counter meter stops it and when we again starr motor by pressing same push button motor will change it's direction automatically. please help
We check no. Of revolutions in 4 seconds .... after that if we multiply it with 15 ... it will give us revolutions for 60 seconds.... no. Of revolutions per minutes

would you like to make videos for wecon PLC?
can you please help me to generate the pulses that simulate the rpm of motor......
Hi there, kindly mention PLC series. Is it FBs or FBe?
FBs series

Very interested tutorial thanks

Dear how you can say in 4secod there are 90 pulses kindly help ther
sensor count 90 pulse in 4 second, so multiply 90 by 15 it give total pulses in 60 second.
Dear sir, why multiplication done with 15?

@@EASYPLCTRAINING thanks sir.
I like to try this experiment with plc omron
Great 👍
Very nice
What is 15 please explain
It's a number to complete 60 sec, 4*15=60sec = 1min, because he is calculating Rotation per minute (RPM)
Please share the sensor details
It is a simple PNP PROXIMITY SENSOR , WITH 24VDC SUPPLY , AND 5 MM SENSING RANGE
Can we get 900 rpm using this sensor ? Many said it wont be accurate.
For more accuracy you can use an encoder with the motor shaft
