Maybe this a little bit stupid question, but i'm not completely understand, how you convert discrete impulse I0.0 to analog value. One impulse you transfer to MD1000 but where you summarize impulses which gives analog value 1250 or 2500 etc?
first you should know what is encoder. encoder as a device when it rotates it produces pulses. basically. in that example you should connect that in digital signal instead of analog signal.but q.s? why? because pulses are digital values right? but also you should store that values in a big data as id1000 you can think like that you have a counter for counter up inout you should you a digital input but counter value must be md format. I hope that is clear for you

@@lockheadmaverick489 when it start to count that pulse store in that value for instance in 1 revolution it takes 360pulse and when it contunue that value also also increases you can think like counter
@lockheadmaverick489 yes MD1000 has been setup as a counter. In the beginning of the video when he is explaining the hardware configuration of the counter setup he mentioned the io address of the counter to start at memory address 1000. Kinda confusing but I found it.

He found it from conveyor real speed ,it can be changed your project , I think
