Love these old rev chassis skidoos they truly were revolutionary and so far ahead of the competition i had an 06 summit x 800 ptek it spanked the 07 h.o. 800 summits the track on the 07 was junk in any snow that wasnt super set up
i am convinced.. thanks fort the insight...// God Bless.
Great video, any more on the 07 800 xrs SUMMIT?
Currently have 160 of them in my 07 renegade massive difference.
Loved that sled, was one of my favourites ever, always run Race sleds, but I don’t ever regret buying that , baby brings back memories man........I ran crank shop pipe n jaws can....... it really woke up that motor with the way the ecm is mapped , stock clutching no studs she would point to the stars and hold straight up for long time,1.5 track
I couldn't have worded that better myself 👌
I love mine, but wish the xrs specific parts were still available. It’s impossible to find any without buying another whole sled, and when you do find the parts, they’re selling them for an insane amount since they’re rare and not made new anymore. My lexan hood is cracked, just like most of them, including the one in the video if you look at the corner by the hinge. But you can’t find the hoods anymore, and when you do, I found one listed with cracks for $1,600. The seats are hard to find, side panels with all the decals in tact, etc.
Can we see more of this sled?!?!?!?
Yeah I’d like to see a review. I own one, but I’d like to see their take on the original xrs
Nice job Jordan.
I own this sled currently and havnt had an issue with the engine with over 5000 kms
Come to Michigan more often!!
How fast is it on ice?I gotsta know. How does it stack up to o3 xcr800?
See you later alligator lool
@@bradpandolfo4348 😂😂😂
@@bradpandolfo4348 lol. Must b fast. Never had one beat me yet. Urs must b the one.
Idk if buddy was wheeling her for the camra but he's loosing some bottom when she sticks up,
I have a 1.5" lug track on mine. Can I stud it without hitting the coolers?
Probably will hit the coolers. With ski doos, you gotta get those Plastic stops whatever they’re called to put in the tunnel if you stud them.
@@Rumblefan ya I sold it and bought a 2012 with 1.5 lug and studded it with 1.625" studs
I love you videos
Got to go with 1860s if you really want to be fast on the lake😎
The front end isnt pulling up because of the studs. Always remember these channels get sponsored so they will say anything to sell products
Is 125 psi good compression for this skidoo?
Yes. 125-130 PSI is good. What octane fuel/mixture do you use?
Bet you lost on top speed all that extra rotating mass !
Nice loud pipes to annoy everybody miles around and give all snowmobilers a bad reputation.
if I lived there I would enjoy the sound
Don't always worry about what other pple think ...loud pipes save lives.
@@jacobnaeyaert9417 I'm a snowmobiler myself and this year have had to block access to my land (so have two of my neighbors) because of annoying loud 2-strokes disturbing our small rural neighborhood. As much as I love 2-strokes, we are not in the 1970's anymore and people are not as tolerant to having their hard worked peace and quiet disturbed. My neighbors and I will continue to ride on OUR properties but unfortunately some 'loud pipes' have now closed over 500 acres of land off to others.
@@michellatour150 Good for you guys. It only takes one to ruin it for everyone. In my neck of the woods, I can't believe that any of the trails are open there are so many people that go off trail. Loud pipes don't save lives, heads up riding saves lives. Harley guys seem to think their bikes are fast because they are loud...
Engine sucks
