How misogynistic to assume because a woman has gotten married that she has taken her husband's surname. If that's the best analogy a trans person could come up with, their brain is still very much male and sexist and if you don't understand that he's not just talking about what name to call you, he's saying he knew you as a man so related to you, confided in you, believed your mentally in a similar place facing similar problems both as men and now that's not the same and had never been true.
