I totally feel you on getting lost drawing flower petals. That’s why I don’t draw a lot of flowers, or I draw them very loosely. I’m always amazed by artists who have the patience to draw flowers regularly!
Ohhh, I also totally feel you on the perspective thing. I tried to draw a couple sitting in a booth at a restaurant and the perspective was so far off it looked like I was deliberately trying to make a Picasso painting or something. 😂

if used with water colours will the paper get torn out or does it only wrinkle

I only used a little bit of water when I used my watercolors in this sketchbook, so I don't know if more water will make the paper tear. But I am guessing it will since the paper is only between like 80 and 100 gsm.

I think the paper is only like 80 or 100 gsm so it's not very suitable for watercolor unfortunately, maybe some light swatches but more water will make the paper buckle!

Is the Moleskin sketchbook way better than the Sakura sketchbook please?

@@artwithanne2000 Thanks for the response! I m going to order an A6 and A5 Sakura sketchbooks today! They are probably the best I can get here in Europe. I've read the Moleskine puts some really bad paper now, so Sakura is the only way! Thanks again!
