Please follow Alarm setting procedure, First remove all Hands of the clock, Then turn the alarm knob anti clockwise when Alarm rings remove battery & set all Hands of Clock 12 o clock position

I did it first with 3 o clock like him and then set the time with the turning thing and the alarm not synchronize then I realize I had to put the hands of the clock right in the time I was and worked
