With all due respect, I would not ask the question “do I need to call my lawyer”. I do not recall which attorney put out the video, but there was a specific case where that question was asked, and the police officer can rightly say that you did not actually invoke your rights to a lawyer. If you are invoking your right to an attorney, you need to specifically say that you are doing so. Not ask a question about doing so.
Likewise, do not say something like “I should probably remain silent”. State specifically that you are invoking the 5th amendment.

The only answer / response to EVERY question is , "I dont answer questions"

Agreed but using that phrase can be considered confrontational and send you down a road you don't want to travel, JCL's suggestions are less confrontational and just as effective at not playing law enforcements game.

1- You can ABSOLUTELY be arrested AND convicted even if you are well below the legal limit.
2- Police can also, 100% require that you exit your vehicle.
    This is settled law.
What TH are you even talking about ?

I wish I would’ve seen this a couple years ago. I was in Pennsylvania a little town and a cop pulled me over for no reason said he smelled alcohol. Got me out and have me do one of them. Stupid test and I said I’m not gonna do that nonsense and he took me to the hospital and then said I refused to take the test at the hospital. I should’ve had a good lawyer like you and I would’ve got out of all that cause I never refused, but I lost my license because of that stupid stuff.

😅😂 you said you never refused, but you litterally admit that you said you aren't going to do that.

Got a legal question for you....what does a person do, if a person who doesn't drink alcohol ever (could be negative medication interactions with alcohol, for religious reasons, etc) however that person does take certain medications for their medical issues (keep in mind they are not impaired by the meds in any way and are fully functional & completely cohesive while on the meds and there are no restrictions from medical doctors of operating heavy machinery or driving while on the meds) whereas a breathalyzer machine snd/or test might say to an office a false positive of intoxication, when the person is not at intoxicated at all. What is that person's legal rights in regards to cases of a false postive....

What about Pennsylvania v. Mimms? Aren't you required to get out of the car if they ask you to?

Yes Absolutely, "If" the stop is legal....almost impossible to prove one isn't though. This chic is arguing "Feelings" & "Commonsense", but not "Law". I pray no one actually listens to her.b
