The only real solution, since people will continue to drink (even if you banned it as Prohibition showed) is to have technology installed in steering wheels that can detect a person's blood alcohol content from their sweat, and shuts down ignition until they can safely drive. That technology exists, and I believe it's part of the infrastructure bill to make it mandatory for new cars starting soon. You will never be able to stop all people from drunk driving - even people without a "problem" will go completely overboard with drinking, and at that point the parts of their brains responsible for decision making, judgment and impulse control are gone. Many alcoholics have been at fault for fatal DUIs, but there's plenty of cases of people who went too far drinking one night, etc.

Watching this in 2023 😅😂
If I have to hear this girls voice again.....
I didn't be know you could be a professional prankster 🤣
Well 9 years later, did he learn his lesson?
You could tell he really wanted to slap him😂
and it’s been 10 years since this video came out
I was only thinking of this riding my bike this morning and it has never been on my recommdation and is tonight.
He might learn when he’s behind bars. Hopefully he doesn’t kill someone on his way to the bottom. Sad and concerning.
Me watching this a 2023 iam in his future they didnt lie
There's a girl who has been in a coma for 20 years
It's our JUSTICE SYSTEM that needs an intervention. 5 DUIs no jail time, still with a license.
This seems more like a funny harmless prank. He should of woken up in a jail and been told he killed someone in an accident and is facing 20 years, leave him there for an hour to think about that, then tell him it's fake and let him go. He'll never drink a sip of beer before driving again.
Addiction goes a long way man, it would be naive to think that.
Mappy is right. Some people are so addicted they won't learn from stuff like this until it's too late or never at all. That why he should be in prison right now for a long time
9321... - No. He would go and have a drink because you "stressed him out" or some other excuse. Then he'd ignore his own behavior/actions and focus on being angry at the assholes who pulled the prank on him. There is no considered thought or regret when you're unconscious, or within an hour of waking.
It would be nice if you were correct, but you are totally misjudging this.
Richard Smith that would have been so much funnier.
His daughter is lucky. To have a father who thinks about her that deep.
He very clearly doesn't care about her too much if he's gotten a DUI not once, not twice, but 5 times. That's about as selfish as a person gets
Bro just woke up
Great prank. Hope your friend wakes up before its to late. A good program a sponcer and loving friends all a guy needs. I through 13years sobriety away.
I had a friend do something similar, but it was in my own house and had no cameras.....I had 4 other friends surrounding. It was so immaculating and shameful that I didn't reconnect for many years...how the hell did you do it????
I hate the zoom in on her face...
