Who is this reporter to tell a CEO how he should he manage his company? Why doesn’t she make similar demands in other areas of the business? She was totally out of her pro standards.

I am a fan of Caroline Hyde’s work so don’t have an issue if she wants to use her platform to push for diversity in tech, but she needs to be consistent. If you are going to push a male founder of color for more female representation, you should push female founders for more persons of color representation and push white founders for both. Many in media think diversification is only about gender, but it is also about diversity of ethnicities, experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, etc.
DEI is garbage and literally 100% of people that are smarter than chimps agree with this. anybody who supports this DEI garbage is a chimp

You can even use their search feature to narrow down academic papers which is verified stuff
You can search the whole web through perplexity it's not just using Reddit
And what's wrong with Reddit people from all walks of life use it even qualified people in high end jobs give answers on Reddit
