  • Saker sent me a mini electric chainsaw to check out. I don’t get paid for the review, just the product to test. Definitely a product that will be in our pre season arsenal for prep work!

    Seen one of those in Walmart yesterday and it stopped me dead in my tracks lol. I've got the battery version with a pole years ago, they work great. Great review!

      I’m gonna put it to work but definitely for it’s intended purpose. I’ve gotten tired of hand saws and heavy gas powered chainsaws for trail clearing

    They work great for their intended use. I keep mine on the side x side now for pruning up trails.

      I agree! I see most folks are cutting stuff way too big and running them like a gas saw

      Working great for us cutting small brush. Definitely wouldn’t use this model for firewood or constant cutting on 4” + wood

    Those little chainsaws like that come in handy making trails. Cut through a 12 inch maple tree that was against my shed.
    Definitely not what it was intended for but it done the job just fine.
    I'm always thinking of cutting those low hanging limbs I keep getting hung up on while fishing.
    Nice review Glen!

    • @RaisedOutdoors
      @RaisedOutdoors  Год назад +1

      Yea it’s definitely great for trails and stuff. Cut through up to 4” stuff great. Not something intended to replace a gas powered chainsaw but worth it for pruning or cleaning up the small stuff and way easier to carry than a big saw

      I was surprised. I think a lot of people get them and try cutting too big of stuff and they over work it. Perfect for smaller stuff and cuts the time way down

    • @RaisedOutdoors
      @RaisedOutdoors  Год назад +1

      Yea I about got tired of the little limb saws unless it’s for a hang and hunt and I need to not make much noise

  • @BudBanksOutdoors
    @BudBanksOutdoors Год назад +1

    Better than a folding hand saw
    Maybe i get one attach it to my extendable pole saw!

    • @RaisedOutdoors
      @RaisedOutdoors  Год назад +1

      It’s great for putting in a pack for preseason setup. Not stealthy with the noise so a little hand saw is a great tool for hang and hunt, but this is 10 times faster

    I bought one of these after my husband passed away. It’s amazing…..but, it gives me a kick back when I do something over 2 inches. But I’m getting used to it. As a woman I’m not as strong as you (no matter what society likes to tell everyone) but I love this tool!

    • @RaisedOutdoors
      @RaisedOutdoors  8 месяцев назад

      Lol. You can stop some kick back by making sure you have the part of the saw where the chain meets it against the limb
