At the top of the landing, we’ll head to the spacious master bedroom that leads to another huge porch with treetop views. This bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and his and her closets.
Moving on is the 2nd bedroom, it has plenty of space and access to the sun-filled porch. Finishing off the 2nd floor is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room.
I know what you might be thinking....Darin, what if I have bad knees or I’m just really tired and don’t want to take the stairs...No problem, we have a 2nd entrance... Just take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and you’re covered... Okay, our tour is not done yet...I still have to show you all of the amazing amenities that your building has...I hope you’re ready because there is a lot...let’s go!
First, we have a large pool and hot tub space and don’t forget the sauna. We have a golf simulator and a large workout facility that has been recently updated. There is a large screen movie area with theater seating(under construction), lounge area, pool table room, onsite library, outdoor tennis court, grilling areas, and lush outdoor spaces.
Another convenient option for the residents is the guest suites that can be rented out in the building when you have extra family or friends in town.
If you’re a handy person moving from a single-family house and you loved tinkering in your garage or woodshop on projects, no need to worry. We have a huge woodshop with tools and even storage lockers for your own tools.
Next...On the 21st floor is the entertainment lounge that can be secured for get-togethers or events and features a full kitchen and bar area. You can also enjoy amazing downtown Minneapolis views from the rooftop balcony.
Now..., I know you’re probably thinking, Darin...that all sounds pretty good, but...what is covered in my association fees?? Well, that’s a great question....It includes heating, A/C, Sanitation, recycling, snow removal & lawn care for the outdoor spaces, water & sewer, cable TV, internet, building exterior, , security staff, professional management, and all shared amenities that I’ve already gone over with you.

I used to look down on this building... not the way it sounds, just literally from next door. I could tell it was nice from the night views through the windows. Some of those people had great Christmas trees. It was called Loring Green then.

Loring Green East (1201 Yale Place) was built in 1981 and was built as a high rise condo project. It was a well thought-out building with a lot of amenities. Thanks for watching!

How much is the monthly payments
Hi Liban, your monthly payments would depend on a few factors...What your down payment was, your interest rate, and if you have a 30 or 15 year mortgage. I always suggest reaching out to a mortgage broker. They will be able to go over your options for your situation and give you a real good idea of what your payments would be.
