Awesome rabbit techniques. Love how it floats. I went to Traverse Bay in Michigan last month and used plastic swim jigs. But when they quit biting it we switched to a tied maribou jig and tore them up. Love using flies for bass. Keep up the great work.
I got an idea from this video. Could you pour soft plastics with a little strip of sponge or something on the belly up absorb scents? I'm thinking about a paddle tail with a belly section that has something absorbent to put artificial scents on so it lasts longer than just soft plastic with scent. Those jigs look absolutely deadly for flounder, especially with some of that scent soaked in. Redfish and other fish should bite it too.
@@SDGCustomLurecraft I have several ideas for unique lures and versions of old ones. I need a custom mold made for a special soft plastic for one of the ideas. This video makes me want to play with making bucktails with EWG swinging hooks so you can put a trailer on and be more weedless. But that's not what I need a mold for. It's a little animal for the saltwater but it should catch bass too because they'll eat anything except my lures 🤣. If you know how I can get a mold made or want to collaborate I'd appreciate it. I really think I have the ideas to start a bait company with innovative stuff nobody else makes.
