Every morning when it's time for breakfast our Bun will sit and stare at my daughter. If he doesn't think she is moving fast enough with his breakfast, he will thump, jump into his litter box, jump out and thump again, and then go back to his litter box. He will just keep doing this until breakfast is served.
My lionshead often thumps at me when I try to pick him up. I don't pick him up often, only for necessities like grooming, but when I have to, he makes it such a chore. He makes sure that I know he isn't happy. But my buns mostly flick their backlegs at me and give me the side glare when they are mad. 🙄

Mine gets his pellets in the morning, before his fresh hay, and if I"m taking too long pouring them in his bowl I get the thump! :)
One of my buns thumps in excitement when food is coming his way. His brother thumps out of frustration when he realizes that we can't move a wall out of his way--especially when he gets in the corner of a door and wall and there's nowhere left to go (he's so silly!).
The other day me and my kids were eating bananas in the living room. We gave Cookie his portion but it wasn't enough. After his "attacks" didn't work he ran back and forth from kitchen to living room and back thumping so loudly! Talk about a temper tantrum 😅😂 eventually he got another nibble out the banana so he won 🤣

Happy Holidays Sara and Small Pet Select! Recently, we had Santa on a fire truck with loud sirens. This of course scared my indoor rabbits! So yes, loud honking and sirens outside do scare my rabbits.

My bunny thumps when he hears paper rattling -- like folding up paper grocery bags after unpacking the groceries, or when wrapping gifts. He does not like that at all!

A plumber was here putting in a new toilet upstairs one day. He just “dragged” the whole thing up the stairs. Hodor, my Netherland Dwarf, thumped so hard and so many times! He was very young and I had never seen this before. He was scared, obviously, and it broke my heart. The plumber heard an earful from me. Poor guy……😂
