Definitely. And if you permit me, please. Slavery.......sex slavery. Sexually tortured and harraz. Their father was on both their backs. His father a pedophilian and a psicopath as well. And the mother was the same as the father. A psicopath knows his victim will suicide sooner or later. Too much unbearable situation to resist! But sometimes the victim knows he can't escape or find any option. The psicopath is well known as a nice carismatic and respectful person. So the victim has no credibility. A specialised on psicopaths psiquiatrist, must be present or be part of the jury and make every member of the jury aware of all the sinister and unconceibable acts a psicopath can do. The jury at the time of the trial must have realized the boys were sexual slaves and victims of a never ending physical, emotional, mental and psicologycal suffering.
One only rape is sufficient for a girl or boy to lose their mind. Life is not the same anymore. See former students, now 50 year old adults were abused in their elementary schools. See how they still cannot live in peace, never. If I were a member if the jury, right now I would ask the Menendez brothers for a pardon. With all respect.

I don't think you understand why they have to say that. In court, or with lawyers, they cannot use the word rape because by the law rape is an accusation. They can't call something "rape" even if it is unless they prove with evidence that the rape took place and that it was forced. It has to match the legal definition of rape. If she would have said "your father raped you" instead of "your father had sex with you" the other attorney would be able to object because it would be assuming that it was rape, even if the witness said it was rape and the facts showed rape. She can't call their father a rapist because you would be accusing someone of a crime without them defending themselves or giving them a chance to respond to any allegation.
It's the same thing as murder, for example. They can't say "when the suspect was murdered" in a trial before murder charges were brought and proved. They gave to say "when the suspect died". That's why they have to say "sex" and not "rape".

He actually did have therapy for almost all of his prison life bcz he was already mentally emotionally not ok before the murder and after the murder and when he got arrested he was not doing ok at all he was depressed, having panic attacks, nightmares, trouble sleeping, always anxious, hysterical and always crying, shaking, trembling and was on verge psychotic break, that they had to give him high doses of anti depression, anxiety and panic attack medicine and he was on those medication for the whole trial and even after the trial bcz i remember he said in Barbara Walter's interview that he had six years of intense therapy, that's why his demeanor in that interview was very easy and he looks happy and it's like he was smiling unknowingly and it seems like he was on some drugs(medicine). And I feel like his medication and therapy were the reason for him not showing much emotion in the trial or maybe he was dissociating a lot, which he clearly did in the trial, which was also proven by doctors, psychologists that abuse victims do that a lot. And it would also have been that he just didn't want to remember the pain and trauma and dwell in it longer, that it would be painful and so hard for him to give the answers, so maybe that's why he was just giving those answers with more matter of facts than showing so much emotions bcz obviously if he thinks about that a lot it would be so painful for him and he didn't want that to feel the pain, trauma, humiliation, discomfort again and again bcz obviously he would have told these things maybe two time once to the prison psychologist in which he was crying so much that at times he just became hysterical and his whole body just tremble and shake like he was having panic and anxiety attacks and then he told to his attorney so after telling it many times I feel like he was kind of feeling like so light it's like something so heavy lifted from his chest and he was kind of feeling ok to tell his most his most traumatic experience to the world. But also he did show discomfort and pain, trauma he went through in that trial but it was less visible and he was dissociating a lot so that makes sense. All those his symptoms and behaviours were told by the prison psychologist who was trying to treat him and also trying to know the truth of why he did, what he did. If you want to know the whole thing then see dr vicary's testimony.

it’s also somewhat recently come out that a man who was a member of a band when he was a kid said he was drugged and raped by jose menendez and another executive producer or something like that and said that the music industry tycoon was drugging and raping lots of children and i’m pretty sure a lot of us know how sketchy those music industries can be i mean they were powerful people and i think there was a lot more to jose menendez, and erik and lyle’s cousins said they told them they had been being touched by their father when they were kids and why would they lie about that for them yeah they are family but i mean come on if you really think about it? and the other family members saying they remember eric had to have lemon in his food all the time, there are some parts of the story and certain things that kinda made me question them though like in some points of the court case erik would actually laugh or smile after just talking about what happened with him and his father and idk it’s just very odd like there’s a lot that makes me believe the abuse and all that nasty horrible stuff is true or at least true to a point but then it’s also like idk cause some things are just kinda odd about it but if they really were abused like that since they were like 6 and all the other stuff that’s just something that i don’t think you really could understand unless you went through it yourself, and how erik said the netflix show was inaccurate but i mean did or can be even watch it i mean maybe his wife did or maybe he could have seen it somehow but idk, there is a documentary coming out october 7th on netflix maybe that’ll have more answers but yeah the whole thing is just so crazy and horrifying

I’m looking at all the trials and that because when I was a few years older than them and I heard about it and everybody said they did it for the money but when you look into the case, you can see it wasn’t they didn’t kill the parents for the money Just looking at the trial you can see why they did it and I don’t blame them 🙏🏽🙏🏽🌹

What went on during this trial that resulted in the jury not believing them?
Everything Erik describes is told without hesitation or needless embellishment. It seems to be a pure distillation of what occurred.
The justice system completely failed these young men.

Because they were conventionally attractive rich white guys and the general public thought they were too privileged to be victims

They were not, this is only one part of the trial, she was continuing with what he had already told her, so it was not benefiting them at all because in fact that judge was a biased bastard.

The prosecution and defense should have been able to interview, in private, every young man that Jose had come into contact with. If any of them corroborated this kind of abuse, then judge should have let the bros go to a psychiatric unit for awhile to heal.

Yea they didn't want them boys free. So they never do anything that helps the defense win their case. It's all about the win for their pockets. Not the win of the truth.

The fact that everyone who knew him considered him a nasty dude is telling enough. Bet they could find many more instances of abuse of any kind in his past. It didn’t start with his sons. He was the kind to buy a little boy for every day of the week.😒
