I t is board problem . Open circuit board front side(not main pcb) and check if there any fungus on circuit board and clean it well . Some cases board need to change

Pressed Prewash and Intensive buttons long time. Then switched off and on. It unlocked child lock and worked.

I had similar problem, was a led in short circuit.
Am also using the same machine. Can you pls tell me which number board and display using in this washing machine?
one or more of your led buld on rotating knob is dead replace it i had same issue

Remove top cover
Check pcb all connected wire
Check proper clean and remove wire connector all from pcb and again fix
Then it will work

Blinking all the lights may be because any water went inside
