To begin, let me add a few details to what you explained in the Video: • FUWAMOCO practically imply that they were Conceived by their Parents during a Night under the 'Twin Moons', meaning there's at least a Superstition that they can grant a couple the birth of Twins, if not actually Magically influence the conception to cause it... • The Grand Executioner Of Worlds (GEOW) is of a Mythological Species known most popularly in Final Fantasy Lore as a Carbuncle - this one in particular is likely a Reference to Final Fantasy 11 (FFXI)'s Carbuncle Prime, an extremely Powerful and Trauma-Inducing Boss from that game when most of its species were usually relegated to Summons and Support Creatures in other games. • It can be deduced that the Elf whose Bookmark Shiori was given in her 3d Showcase was also the one who gave Shiori the Book of Forbidden Knowledge that was the cause of her being imprisoned in The Cell to begin with, as mentioned in Shiori's Debut Stream, and they were likely un-alived by either some accidental usage of said Knowledge, or by someone trying to prevent the Book's distribution. If the latter, Shiori likely blames herself for her friend's Death - regardless, she might have used her Magic to transform their body into a Bookmark in an attempt to preserve their Soul so they didn't have to leave out of Emotional Desperation, without thinking of the ethical implications of the action - effectively Imprisoning their Soul and peventing its passage to the Afterlife... • While both of Bijou's Alternate Forms have been established by Biboo herself, neither are officially Canon in her Lore: her Ascended Form is a Theoretical Design of what Biboo believes she'd become when her Emotional Energy levels become too overwhelming for her current Physical Form, and envisioned while in a Dreaming State; while Oobib the Evil is considered to be the Physical Embodiment of all the Dark Mortal Emotions her Body has absorbed over Thousands of Years - but has never been proven to have ever actually Manifested; though there was One Incident in the Past where she'd overloaded of Emotional Energy and Obliterated a Civilised Area (what led to her being captured and Sealed Away), Bijou has No Recollection of what actually happened there, so we can't yet Prove or Assume it was either One of these Alternate Forms manifesting... It's been over a Month since Justice's Debut, but their Lore also ties in heavily with ADVENT's, so my Reply Comment here will focus on their additions to the Lore. I'll try to post it soon...
Next there's the 1+ months of HoloEN Justice's Lore to work through in Relation to ADVENT, with a few extra tidbits raised during their Streams to elaborate on their Debut Lore: • While implied during Elizabeth's Debut Stream, we've had Nerissa also verify that she was indeed One of the Guards watching over the Prisoners within The Cell at the Time of the Breakout, giving Elizabeth a Personal Motive for re-establishing the Justice Faction to capture ADVENT. • I said 're-establishing' because 'Justice' is an Organization that was a primary Policing Force during the times of the Gods, as stated within Cecilia's Lore having been a Supporting Member of many Teams of the Justice Organization since her creation. The Organization seems to have fallen apart after the Gods vanished from the Mortal World though, and hasn't existed for some time before Elizabeth reforged the Group for Modern Times - which explains the Modified Emblem they practically graffiti'd over for their Younger Perspective of their Ideals it holds... • Their Original Group Song - "Above as Below" - refers to the Duality of the Divine and Demonic Planes, and how they're more Similar to each other than anyone would expect, where if something exists in One Plane, the Other will have it in an almost Mirrored position. This is mostly used for Locations, but can also be applied to the Organization of the Two Realms - in this case, the song is to show the Similarities of Justice's Members and how they were gathered to specifically Hunt Down ADVENT, their Rivals... • That being said, the Justice Members' Actions upon and since their Debut have shown that they have very little organisation amongst their group, with One member actively Denouncing the Team to fully embrace her Undercover Identity as an Idol (Raora), Two of them acting more like Criminals than the Fugitives they pursue (Cecilia & Gigi), and their Leader being distracted by her own Romantic endeavours and Modern beliefs that her Team be able to Be Themselves over the Strict Discipline the Justice Organization used to have over their Soldiers (Elizabeth). • This seems to be why Elizabeth was relieved to hear that their Mission was to Infiltrate HoloLive to determine ADVENT's Goals within it, rather than Assaulting and recapturing the Fugitives by Force - after spending the Majority of her Life in servitude of the Gods as the Crimson Queen, their Absence has brought her to realise how Feared she had become in the Public's view, and how many Atroctities Justice had performed under the Gods' Name. Their Disappearance and the supposed Dissolution of Justice allowed her to Start Anew, to perform proper acts of Justice instead of being a glorified Police Officer, though her Reputation meant she had few options of Employment available to her... • ...And then *_the Breakout occurred on Her Watch._* Elizabeth personally blames herself for being unable to stop ADVENT from escaping, and wants to recapture them to repair her tarnished Reputation. She re-forms the Justice Organization in an UnOfficial standing, and recruits the Three other members to meet that Goal. But the longer Elizabeth thinks about it, the more she questions just Why the members of ADVENT needed to stay Imprisoned: "Shiori's Mind holds Forbidden Knowledge, so her confinement is unfortunately necessary by Law, and the Uncontrollable Threat Bijou's very presence around Mortals poses gave the Gods no other Option but to seal her away - but the Demon Dogs simply Bit and humiliated Important People when they were too Young to distinguish that, and Nerissa's Threat to Mortals had been mostly quashed with the breaking of her Horn - why were _They_ still held here *for Thousands of Years?"* • The Answers for those Questions do exist: FUWAMOCO's Imprisonment seems to be one of Quarantine - they seem to carriers of an Incurable Disease called the "Bau Bau Byou", and unknowingly spread it to Mortals through interaction. If their particular Strain of the Disease was capable of infecting an Immortal Noble however, the risk of a Pandemic spreading to even the Gods would be reason enough to send them to The Cell; and Nerissa's potential Threat has not fully been contained, as one of the Other Fugitives, Shiori, is knowing of the Location of the Horn Fragment removed from her, and could choose to restore Nerissa's Power to her at any time - if she would allow Shiori to be Re-Imprisoned and Promise to never go searching for her Horn Piece, Elizabeth could potentially convince The Cell's Wardens to release Nerissa on Probation under Her care, but that doesn't seem likely... That's what I've worked out for Justice so far. Gigi and Raora haven't really gone as much in-depth with their Lore as I would've hoped, so I don't have any more on them - we still know Nothing about Popo, or the entity in symbiotic relationship with Gigi, nor do we have any other info on Raora's 'God Eyes' beyond her Debut. If I come up with any other Information of interest I'll put it in another Reply to this comment thread. I hope you enjoyed reading these Speculations, and wish you all well. *CYA!*
It makes sense Nerissa is the one to give us straightforward updates on the lore, I mean she’s a fan of high fantasy, had a multipart of clips ranting on GRR Martin complaining about “Aragorn’s tax policy” and how Tolkien wasn’t intending on realism through plot but moreso believability through poetry.
Shiori actually mentioned the Snowed In thing in past streams too. Shiori can live inside the stories she reads If you connect that to the fact that Shiori has the book of forbidden knowledge? Shiori's power to control books + a forbidden knowledge book that literally only gods are supposed to know about = some preeeeeetty strong powers
In Shiori's 3D debut, she offhandedly mentions while looking at he books "There's plenty of books here, so at least I won't starve." Which probably means she can 'eat' knowledge or sustain herself on it somehow. And she has always said, she doesn't know what she is but probably not human.
I think Shiori is a Mimic that lived in a library feeding off books. She then turned human to avoid suspicion and after several years, forgot her true nature.
That bit from Snowed In about her job as an archiver is to watch events occur and to write them down and to essentially just be an observer outside, just reminded me of Mumei’s lore and how similar it is
I think it's kinda different. Mumei observe, yes. But I felt that her presence in the civilization also needed to keep them going as she's literally the embodiment of the concept itself while Shiori can leave anytime and the story will not change. Also it's also implied that some events in our history was caused by Mumei with reason not yet clear. She drag Bae to Europe and made Bae help her spread the black plague.
4:28 I had thought that the person should have been nastumi moe (the Victorian librarian ver at least) my backstory for this was that she and Shiori was long time childhood friends she would have been the fifth member of justice, which will explain why she would have the bookmark as she would have fulfilled the role of a researcher After a while, justice was tasked to take down Shiori because she knows too much from the times they hang out together. (Or something similar Idk) Valuing her friendship she tried warn her but she was too late. She rescued Shiori but fatally wounded. With her last breaths, she entrusted Shiori with the bookmark as she was the only person she would ever trust with the bookmark (It’s just my backstory idea, it is Not Canon and feel free to propose changes)
Shiori seems to have power over those stories and has talked about choosing what is canon and isnt. Plus we know her love of self-inserting which may be tied to it. Speculation of course I dont think shes a full on reality warper but maybe she can manipulatie it to a certain extent
But if we pair that we the fact that she has the Book of Forbidden Knowledge, then yeah, Shiori can full on re-write reality if she wanted. Perhaps that was the main reason why she was locked away? Although Shiori only really wanted to archive stories, this one is too powerful of a book to be in just a mortal's posession
Bijou's lore mentioned that humans fought to "have" her, or that they got completely overwhelmed by her emotions and lost themselves. I wonder if the state of the church reflects that... Perhaps it was the site of the incident that spiraled into what caused Bijou to be noticed and locked away.
Thank you for the lore update and rundown. I hope you're prepared for what Tempus has in stow for us, some time ago Axel announce that they're gonna be doing lore accurate voicepacks.
The fact that the c "Church" is half destroyed makes me wonder if there might have been apart of a fears battle or possibly a War of some kind🤔 Or maybe some kind of Crusade?🤔
This was the location where Bijou was apprehended to be sent to The Cell, and it's likely that Biboo wasn't going to go Quietly - the Damage would be a combination of the Battle that occurred to Capture Bijou and nature's reclamation of the site after 9000+ Years...
@@larajamila005 I'm going from the Statement Biboo herself made at the start of her 3D Showcase - she was There at the Time whoever was sent to capture her Attacked. Given how she remembered the place looking much better than what we see now, either the battle that took place there is a blur to her or who/whatever had been worshipping her wrecked the place in the chaos following Biboo's removal - but I feel it's the former of those Two Options.
