You give amazing content. Unbelievable!!!! Reminds me alot of gary vee but yet unique and special. Hi Lala! Thanks so much for your feedback, I'm so happy to hear that you're like the "day in the life" videos... it's actually one of my favorite types to make so I love hearing that you like them!! Typically staff stays about 2 - 4 years. I'm working a lot on company culture right now because it's actually really difficult to deal with staff turn-over. It impacts my business a lot and it really slows us down when we're constantly training. It's a work in progress but the more we focus on culture, the more it seems to be impacting my business in a really positive way. I will keep you posted on how it goes!
