I just wanted to say thank you for showing the truth about owning and managing a business. I currently manage a property management company and what many people don't see is that every problem, issue, communication failure, and so much more falls on you and if you can't delegate effectively and deal with stress and pressure you can't manage a business period. The other thing that many people don't understand is that employee's finish at a timely manner but a business owner is 24/7. There is zero and I mean zero off days running a company.

This video has helped me to embrace my day job and "be a ninja", by constantly increasing efficiency my work by creating processes that will not only help me at my job but help me in my future company. Thank you for these videos. I've watched all of them constantly and listen to them at work and each time I watch them, I always learn something new.

Hi Karen, Stacey, Kristy, Kelsey, Jill, Corrina, and Diane :-)
Firstly Thank you for another DITL video and allowing us to see more of the day to day happenings, I am sure everyone is finding great value.
I love how you described your schedule like Tetris, it isn't so easy for others to 'grab us for a quick minute' as it has a knock on effect, saying that we of course prioritise what needs to be done so it's a moving puzzle sometimes.
Topic of the day was certainly poignant and anyone pursuing a career or a business needs to 'embrace the boredom' it's a part of the journey.
I have been watching Marie Forleo for years and implemented a lot from her - she and her team are awesome!
And of course Oprah - loved that speech she did!
Hope you and the team are having an awesome day and see you on your instastories 👊💖😊
