Thanks for sharing! Very helpful and useful tips.
great video, Thanks
Glad you liked it!
Great video, thank you! Do you have any tips of how to clean the plastic portion of the camera?
A microfibre cloth with isopropyl alcohol or zippo liquid, yes zippo, it’s great for cleaning.
@@CameraRestore how about pledge?they ok for rubber?
I use kiwi sneaker cleaner. It can clean and protect rubber
Interesting, I’ll give it a try. Thanks.
I need your help !
Can't working ( mode dial/dialer ) on my Nikon d3300
Hi i used alcohol to clesn that rubber grip but it is no longer dark anymore is there away to restore the black color?
Alcohol is not good, it doesn’t brake down the oils. Use what I’m recommending on the video.
Paint it ❤
Kpooper
@@fenyx2558 and you stink
I wouldn’t ever use alcohol bc it would dry out the rubber surface.
If lighter fluid gets in around the outside edge of the rubber will it not dissolve the seal eventually? I just use que tip with water.
This video is recommended for cameras that were almost never cleaned or in case someone bought one as second hand and wants to give a complete clean. This is not recommended for regular clean. In that case, the best way to clean it., would be a piece of a cloth (microfiber towel works great) and glass cleaner. Tested also makeup wipes and it works great. The lighter liquid will not damage the seal.
👌

Is it okay if I use an isophropyl 99% alcohol?
On which part of the camera? What camera brand?
@@CameraRestore the leather and surface of camera, my camera is canon a1 sir. Thanks for the responses!
For leather, I do recommend to use facial/cleansing wipes, it cleans great and moisturize the leather. If the wipes are too wet, try to squeeze it before use.
@@CameraRestore ahh okayyyy I will do that, thank you!!
You’re welcome.
Request repaint paint lose please
Noted, I might have something to add. Not sure when I can make one, but stay tuned.
