This one always makes me think of the sky sanctuary in sonic and knuckles, some parts of it just seem so similar. Its absolutely brilliant though.

That's exactly what I thought of the first time I heard this track in game. And now this version in the softer parts reminds me of a cover of the Donkey Kong Country water theme called "beneath the surface."

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought the first time playing through this dungeon - fitting too given the aesthetic of Sky Sanctuary
There's also a part of the song that has strong Steins;gate vibes.
I noticed some "To the Edge" & variations of the "Prelude" in here, too... nice work, as always! I have thought that this theme and the Elpis themes seemed similar in some way to the previous Ancient themes running through The Tempest/Amaurot/the WoL trial, but I can't quite put my finger on how. This confirms that they do kind of "fit together" nicely, but I'm still confounded (as a music enjoyer but not a music practitioner) as to how to explain the similarity.
At any rate, I greatly enjoyed this, as I typically do with your work ^_^
To my surprise most of the dungeon music are arranged by Takafumi Imamura, accroding to the new interviews! These rock tracks are pretty awesome.
Imamura san also did amazing music on Shadowbringers (Emerald Weapon & Diablo Armament comes in mind), I love his work !

I will never get over how well this song fits with the area! It feels simultaneously so new, but so nostalgic. I keep getting 90's vibes from it... My fave part is when it's just one foreground instrument gently playing the simple notes of the melody, in contrast to when it suddenly picks up & slaps. That just... eerie, beautiful otherworldliness??? This song is just UGH so good, and this cover captures that so well!!
The best part about this is how well the automatic looping (right click > loop) works with the vid. Nice!
This feels like a modern Ys dungeon theme with the cover.

I've never clicked on one of your videos so fast. Miracle Works is one of my favorite tracks in Endwalker. The original feels like Sora fighting through Elpis like it's a Kingdom Hearts world, and you did such a great job with your arrangement here!
This is absolutely amazing! I love rerunning this dungeon. The trust system for it is so fun and seeing all of their reactions to the disappearing boss was perfect. Once again a very super banger of a song.

I always thought the original sounded like an Ys or Trails song, well a Falcom song in general. That makes this like the super arrange album version XD I'm so glad you did this one, was looking forward to it.

Hearing those 5 seconds from 1:24-1:29 is magical, Husky
To me this adds more of the... 'rush' to clear out the enemies in your path and get to the end. It's got those introspective moments that you bring out in it as well. Those moments of, do we keep going? Do we WANT to keep going. I loved this dungeon... and hated it at the same time because of how it ended. This cover just made me re-think the dungeon the first time I went through it. I love it.

Amon/Hermes was in charge of Azys Lla where the Ixal were created and also led by Garuda as part of Garuda squadron. Hermes really was a huge bird fan throughout all his incarnations.
P.S. Azys Lla is just a grimy recreation of Elpis where Amon spent his days, among other things, creating bird people(Ixal/Vanu)

The constant slow zoom on nearly every shot is very disorienting
please stop :/
I've been doing this for months and I even asked around me if it disturbed people - it seems you're the only one bothered by it. Even many musicians on RUclips doing video game covers like me do these zooms. It add more dynamism to the video.
If more people complain I'll stop it, but I can't do it for one person only.
@@Huskybythegeek Normally I don't watch the videos, I just listen to them or have them in a small window on the corner of the screen. It's only when fullscreen that it is a problem. But I did comment about it on your previous video as well.
On your second point, I haven't seen anyone else use slow zooms even half as much as you are.
But no, of course you can't change this just for me, and I don't expect that. I'll keep listening to your music anyway.
