Anyone else thinking to themselves, dude just get on with it! lol he just had a last of wasted time repeating himself over and over instead of just getting to the point and I watched it at 1.5x speed. Once he got into the actual details it was all good though.
for the cost of the electricity you used , you could have bought large bags of the powders and made a custom mix about ten times more volume than you got for this small amount
Im from the UK and i dont speak for everyone but we prefer to get our info and go . Such a long intro and repeating phrases , also if you are combining the peppers in a grinder , why bother using 2 drawers and extra $ ? Ive got my homegrown jalapenos and hotwax chillies dehydrating now in one drawer

It would take less time using two drawers. If you pile everything in one it the top may be dehydrated long before the center.
