So I definitely know what your talking about and have seen the smd neo quick dis(connect) speaker terminal! I considered it but in all actuality I really don’t need it bc I rly don’t even have to unplug my box if I could carry it all together, since the whole amp and rack comes out with speaker wire still hooked up! LoL but really I couldn’t see myself paying I think what $150 if I really didn’t need it, BUT if I didn’t have my amp, rack, etc all have to come out I definitely would get one and incorporate it some how, or if he @meade916 would send me 1, FORSURE! Tag him let’s see what he thinks or share it with him! Huge inspiration FORSURE!🫡💪🏼💯
Mines a quick disconnect also. But my rack comes out as one. So my 2 amps, active crossover, bass processor and capacitor are on the rack and it's one 0 gauge disconnect to power the "rack". The other side has sub speaker quick disconnect and 4 channel speaker disconnect. All fuse box's are on the rack so it's literally just the main power quick disconnect. I got the idea from the forklifts at my job, that's how we would charge them. Perfect for my application. It's been this way since 2021, never had a issue. Though I do like your panel idea keeping it a factory look. All RCAs are connected on rack as well so they never need to be individually unplugged. Plug and play is the best!. I would say you could possibly have the 1st integrated quick disconnect audio system, definitely not the 1st quick disconnect. I may have to "hard" implement my system no. Oh and Nissan 4 LYFE! 99' Maxima myself.
Hell yeah, bro! That’s y in my video I said I believe I haven’t seen another! Do u have a picture!? Is yours all on a “panel” abs of some sort!? A pic would really help me understand better! But everyone wants to say Steve Meade which I 🫡 even in the video but he just done the box/sub combo NOT amp, rack, etc! But Nissan4L🫡💪🏼💯 appreciate yah bro! I’d love to see it! My @‘s are on my channel you can send me a pic!
@@MoToArchY No current pics since I swapped a few components out to match, I did have a video but I got hit with the RUclips music stuff, since then I deleted the rest as a just in case. Mostly know all I have is pics of the original install, way before I got the warehouse job and seen the 0 gauge quick disconnect, I have 9 conductor down both sides of the car, both have the quick disconnects for both sides of the rack, if the whole rack comes out, I can plug those 2 runs back together and it essentially goes back to OEM, would use the radios power than. I wish I had more pics and vids, but the older the get the less I like to show off 🫣
@@MoToArchY And all on one piece of stained wood. All the disconnects are near the edges for easy access. That's just the audio, lol there are inverters and a PS4 as well and also reserve batteries and a touchscreen monitor for the console. So while the audio system easily comes out, the rest doesn't lol. But the audio part is really the only part that is set up for the quick disconnects.
love taramps, i had the bass 3k and moved up to the bass 5k but i dunno about that amp but my bass amps are power hungry. stock alt but double 0 to front xs 5100 then dual run to second xs 5100 and then dual inputs to the amp and she bangs. would like to know how that one reacts to it. i do have all upgraded grounds too very nice work!
Man I appreciate it! Your setup sounds sick 🔥 yeah I love the taramps especially the smart 1’s they can be configured ALOT of different ways without sacrificing power! Mine seems to be doing great rn but I think I could def use atleast the big 3 and possibly a HOA! But for what it is and I use it for, I does more than enough! Videos I have up rn don’t do it justice because I would get a copyright strike playing music! But it’s def a step up from what I had before lol! Keep the comments and ?’s coming it helps give me content ideas for y’all! 🫡💪🏼💯
Man I appreciate it and the support! 🫡💪🏼💯 Sadly imma have to do away with the quick disconnect now! Going to be going with 2 subs next and it wouldn’t make sense to make it quick disconnect bc it will be so heavy to take in and out! But as you seen, I’ll come up with something to make it different and interesting, trust me! Stay tuned…💯
Look at SMD magnetic quick connect/disconnect speaker terminals. They’ll just add to your quick connect/disconnect build.
