It's hard to get in the emirates group. If you want discounted tickets and like traveling accept the offer. Salary is paid on time never late. If your existing salary is 3 times the offer don't accept the ek offer

Just relax and take it easy. It is just a pre recorded video not a live interview with a recruiter. Prepare your answers for the questions in the video because they are the same ones you gonna have. Also, make sure to check the two videos related to the video games that you have to pass successfully before doing the video interview.
