Venom in SM3 is not the same as Venom in the comics or even the newer films. It has no personality no emotions nothing, it just makes people angry in the way a virus makes you ill and Eddie in this is pretty bent on getting Peter killed

I remember seeing the part with Eddie and Flint on the bench which is played differently to how Flint and Eddie first met up in the film but what was different to me was that I didn't think he would exactly threaten to kill his daughter if he didn't cooperate.
Venom’s design is much better here and the motivation in getting Sandman to join him is 10x times better than the moment in the film. They definitely improved him quite a bit here. Just swap his voice with his PS2 SM3 voice, and we got the definitive Raimi Venom.

One pet peeve I always had with the movie venom is he is too scrawny, throughout the years venom has mainly been portrayed as being bigger and more muscular, I like that they kinda took this into consideration for his design in the game.

I think this Venom *could* be better than the movie one, my only complains are, that the muscles look weird and the mouth does as well, other than than, it looks cool even with the webbing on, which I still like

The game is better than the movie, the venom was actually good in the game.
This version is extremely weird after seeing the other incarnations of Venom in games.
The ps3 and Xbox 360 versions of this game looks solid considering this was 2007, I like that actual actors from the film also provided the voices in the video game.
