For all who says that the ring belongs only for Hürrem, it is quite the opposite; those who truly understood the history of the women's sultanate will know. First, the ring was born from the great and incomparable love between Hürrem and Suleyman. The other powerful sultanas considered the ring as evidence of total power, and of course love. They all have something in common, love and power; which means that the power came from love between them and the sultans. All of them wanted to follow Hürrem's example, being invincible to all and totally faithful to love. Hürrem is the beginning of everything, then Nurbanu, Safiye, Kösem and finally Turhan. We wish all of them to rest in peace and prosperity.

when suleiman gave that ring to hurrem , it meant something to her , she never removed it . she fought for it , because he put his love in it . it means nothing to the other sultanat honestly it's just weird .

Khadija chouaf i think the opposite, the ring which suleiman had made with his own hand keeping hurrem in mind and later gifted her and yes it meant a lot to hurrem. But saying that it doesnt hold any importance to other female sultan is wrong, coz in the dynasty hurrems name was taken with respect and dignity since she was the strongest and beautiful women in the dynasty who was praised by 10th sultan suleiman who has a record of conquering most the new lands of europe and asia and every sultans (female) wore it with pride and considered hurrem to be her idol.
      Ring owner by hierarchy
Gifted by sultan suleiman to Hurrem
      *hurrem sultan
      *noor baanu sultan
      *safiye sultan
      *kosem sultan
      *turhan sultan
If you check the history, these five womens are to be the most powerful sultans during their reign and all the four sultans inherits their power from “Hurrem Sultan”

But since she became Hürrem all of them tried to kill her several times ... and i admire her because she never wanted the sultans throne. Because that meant the love of her life was gonna die. Mahidevran claimed to love him but at the first chance she got, she wanted to make her son sultan . But Hürrem fought for his love and tried to keep him to herself but she never once wanted him dead

Hurrem Sultan was the beginning of a woman's power in the Otoman Dynasty

    • @fullofmastiii4748
      @fullofmastiii4748 4 года назад +68

No dear its wrong to say that Hurrem Sultan was the beginning of woman's power in Ottoman Empire because she just look after the haram of Sultan Sulaiman after the death of Valide Hafsa Sultan and departure of Mahedevran Sultan from Topkapi palace to Manisa. Hurrem neither ruled the haram as valide sultan nor she ruled the empire as naiba after Sulaiman's death.
Kosem Sultan was the beginning of woman's power in Ottoman Empire as she not only look after the haram of Sultan Ahmad after the death of Valide Handan Sultan she also ruled the haram as Valide Sultan and the whole Empire as Naiba after the death of Sultan Ahmed and Sultan Osman.

    • @fullofmastiii4748
      @fullofmastiii4748 4 года назад +23

@Ksjs Jdjdb dear hurrem died before Salim came to the throne so she didn't become valide sultan and she not even ruled the empire as naiba because when Sulaiman died Salim was the only Prince left and was big enough to take the throne and hurrem could have been a naiba of empire if sulaiman died and salim would be young but unfortunately hurrem died before Sulaiman's death and before Salim came to power.
But Kosem was the valide sultan as well as naiba of the empire when prince murad was young after Ahmed's
and Osman's death . She also became valide sultan when Ibrahim came to power and decision were taken by her due to Ibrahim's mental illness.
After Ibrahim Kosem put her grandson which was from Ibrahim on the throne and she again became the naiba and valide sultan. Then Turhan came to power and became valide sultan and naiba of the empire.

In royal family no one knows any secrets, because they don't want this. And this will be a insult for royal members . And this events were happened approximately 600 years ago. Even that time no one had written anything. The historians still searching for the truth. Did you ever know that mihrunnesa, wife of shehzade mustafa had no existence in history yet they showed us the character mihrunnesa. Mustafa s wife named rumisha sultan, she was a princess. Did you ever know that mahfiroz sultan was died after sultan ahmed.Osman ll After ascending to the throne 3 years later she died. And did you know that sultan Ibrahiml was so bad that once he saw a lady cow and he became mad after watching it. And ordered a gold statute which resembles to it.and searched for girl who was as fatty as the cow. Once he ordered to throw all the harem girls approximately 200 girls in the ocean. He always searched for girls. In that time no girl was safe from him. Once he raped the religious ministries daughter cz the minister wasn't ready to get her daughter married to this kinda of man. Plz read correct history. Don't spread false info and don't burnt your soul hating them.

@@Dheifheisidi Kosem is known in history as most evilll . Hurrem is the Legend even after 600 years, considered as the most powerful Sultana in the Ottoman Empire . She broke the glass ceiling for royal women and started Era of Sultanate of Women. Her story is an inspiring look at how one woman can bring so much influence and change to a leader and an empire, even if husband stands behind you!
Hurrem’s power in the Sultan’s court grew stronger with every passing year. As Navagero wrote in 1553, “there has not been in the Ottoman house a lady that has had more authority.” Her authority showed not only in her firm grip over Suleiman’s heart but also in her ability to compete with the male rivals in Suleiman’s court, and to be a skillful sovereign and ruler. Suleiman the Magnificent repeatedly came to her for counsel and even appointed her as his STATE ADVISOR in foreign affairs, which allowed her to act as a diplomat with foreign powers.
Also, it’s recorded by history that she was official Divan member, attending meetings, voting, listening to males and taking part of the meetings “under the dome”, which is called the Kubbealtı. Only men were doing this before her.
Hurrem also had a seal, that allowed her to correspond to MALE rulers and kings around the world. Before that females of the empire were only allowed to correspond with female rulers (like empress or queen : Russia and England) or princesses. Hurrem acted as a diplomat with foreign powers through her letters using the title of Shah (queen), from the day she became first and only wife of Padisah in Ottoman history. It is seen that his signature is always referred to as " The State of İsmetlu Hürrem Shah Sultan Aliyyetü'ş-Şân".
Hurrem also ruled the empire when Sultan was away on wars, signing important documents on his behalf and receiving diplomats and foreign ambassadors. Hurrem was a keen advisor to Suleiman in political matters, particularly when he was absent from Istanbul on his numerous military campaigns. She regularly sent letters to the Sultan, in which, in addition to expressing her great love and longing for him, she also informed him of the situation in the capital and of any events that required his immediate attention or action. In being thus vigilant, Hurrem protected Suleiman’s interests and contributed to the success of his reign. There is no doubt that Suleiman trusted her more than he did his male advisors.
Hurrem is known to have been very generous to the poor.
Not only did Hurrem Sultan exercise unprecedented influence on state politics as Suleiman’s chief advisor and diplomat with foreign powers, but she was also fully devoted to philanthropy. Hurrem’s charitable work surpassed any of Ottoman women in volume and geographic reach. She gave inordinate sums of money to help the poor and needy, she built and sponsored endowments (waqfs) in cities like Istanbul, Constantinople, Mecca, Medina, Jerusalem, Damascus, Baghdad, Konya, Edirne, Bulgaria.
      Her major charitable projects include:
✔️Haseki Sultan Complex in Istanbul-(Haseki Hürrem Sultan Külliyesi) that consists of a Friday mosque, a soup-kitchen (imaret), a madrasa, an elementary school (mektep) and a hospital(Haseki Dar al-Shifa). The latter is still used as a polyclinic by Haseki State Hospital.
      ✔️ Two Quranic schools
✔️ Women hospital near the women's slave market (Avret Pazary).
✔️Hurrem Sultan Fountain in Istanbul, Sultanahmet area, a landmark in Istanbul and favorite spot for tourists for taking vacation photos with beautiful background.
✔️ Hagia Sophia Hurrem Sultan Bathhouse (Ayasofya Hürrem Sultan Hamamı)- receives guests and tourists daily and is now operated by Haseki Tourism Group.
✔️ Khaseki Sultan Complex in Jerusalem, that included a mosque, large khan (inn)-caravanserai for travelers and merchants, a 55-room-shelter for pilgrims, a bakery for the conduct of charity services for the poor, flour mills, water mills, soap factories, an area with cellars, public toilets, stables and a soup kitchen “Haseki Sultan Imaret” serving more than 500 Jerusalem's paupers, al-Aqsa's needy worshipers and seminarists. Most of the buildings, apart from the lodge and the mosque, are still standing today. The charitable soup kitchen called “Takiyah Khaski Sultan Al-Imara” works to present day, with two meals still being served to the poor and homeless according to Hürrem's original recipe!
✔️ A caravanserai, mosque and soup kitchen built in the city of Svilengrad , Bulgaria, the name of which was Cisr-i M Ustafa Pasha at that time.
✔️Charitable soup kitchens “Haseki Imarets” in Edirne, Mecca, Medina, Konya, Baghdad.
✔️At one point Hurrem even sold her own gold, pearls and jewels to pay for Janissaries’ (Ottoman soldier’s) boots and a hike in their pay.
Apart from these Hurrem is also known to frequently send her embroideries and handmade perfumes to slaves, poor women and Harrem concubines.
Hurrem was the first in many things. Even where she was buried was a first. Suleiman buried her in his mosque complex. Not her own as it used to be according the Ottoman’s law. In HIS.

The ring doesn't have a curse, Hurrem Sultan died in a natural way as we know she's the real owner of the ring while the others died tragically because that ring doesn't really belong to them, it was given to Hurrem with pure love from Sultan Suleiman then it was stolen when Hurrem died maybe that's is where the start of the curse.

    • @nimrasalahuddin6015
      @nimrasalahuddin6015 2 года назад

Nurbanu stole it and that proved started the curse because Hurrem never wanted to give that ring to anyone.

I don't know if you noticed but the shape of the ring that Hürrem was wearing had a change in shape from the one Safiye was wearing. I prefer the first ring, when Suleyman gave it to Hürrem.

@@kamilfareed4910 Hurrem is the Legend even after 600 years, considered as the most powerful Sultana in the Ottoman Empire .
In HIS.
Even after 600 years, Hurrem is loved and resppected in the world by milllions for her thousands charities, strength, smartness, boldness!
      POWER! 👑👑👑🔝🔝🔝
