I have been reading about the trial. HW’s attorney Donna Rotunno tries to get one of the “victims” to define what consent is, why they kept in contact with him after being “assaulted” and why they signed an NDA? So far, no answers from the “victims”. Also, HW had ED. He had to inject his groin with erection serum before engaging. What were the “victims” doing while he was waiting to get an erection? I’m sure they had the opportunity to run, but none did.

But he requested through Mr. Steve Alpert, Director of the Overseas Business Department of Studio Ghibli, that the running time of the 135-minute film be shortened to 90 minutes. The demand seems to have been a threat, "If you don't let him cut this fucking movie, I'll never let you work in this fucking industry again! Do you understand!? Never again!!"
So Studio Ghibli sent a katana sword to his office with 'NO CUTS' written on it. The film was later released uncut in the US. When asked about it after, Hayao Miyazaki smiled and said 'I defeated him'

I feel bad for these women for getting taken advantage of but come on most of them knew what they were doing. Believe me, I have seen what it can do to a lady and she never recovered from it. On the other hand I believe there are some false claims also floating around about rape. For what reason? Various reasons. I had a colleague that was an easy girl. She really did her best hitting on me but I just thought she was just too easy. Weeks past and another colleague fell for her trap, made the magic happen at work and got caught in the act. She made up a story about that she was forced to do it. Guy lost his job, she played the vic and kept her job.

I think its just hypocritical to see all the women who where on Harvey's lap are claiming that they didn't know what he did. A lot of women - some were made stars by his pictures - just looked the other way.
If there were no payouts to these women and only imprisonment for Harvey there would be no case. Cut the bullshit this scenario happens in every business and in alot of cases there is zero force. In a well documented video a young woman enters Harvey's hotel suit dressed in a short mini skirt and low cut blows. They are seen hugging at the beginning of the tape which is being recorded by the young lady. Harvey places his hands on her behind and states "that is nice lets keep it coming" the young woman smiles at Harvey and moves closer to him on the couch. He asks if he can flirt with he and she sais yes !
All through the meeting Harvey strokes her bare arms and she continues to smile at him. Where in this scenario does this woman get "coerced" in fact she is leading Harvey on all the way because she went there to sell him something and she is using her body to sell he product. Once women stop with all this flashing the tits nonsense to get their way, then men might just treat them with a bit more respect.

We know he definitely wielded his power for sexual stuff. The actresses that went along with it did so to get in a big movie. He’s the one that can do that. They wanted it bad enough. Rape is another story and that’s unlikely. They may have felt violated by the act and mistaken that for rape, but as bad as he is, he unlikely did not force rape on them.
