i believe that if you have to be 21 to buy cigarettes and alcohol you should have to have a parent or attorney with you at all times during interrogations !
Anyone who causes someone to serve time over a false confession when they were actually innocent, deserves to double the sentence (which includes all parties involved in the prosecution), with a minimum of no less than 5 years.... and it should be a felony.
Unless cops know for sure for sure they shouldn’t be doing that they shouldn’t interrogate like that when they have done no investigation and have no evidence.
I provided a false confession, later on attained my evidence to debunk accusations, then after I fact checked everything, people still don’t believe my solely on the false confession, while I was coercively interrogated, like I did something wrong

Only agree to questions with parents if one or both parents are experienced defense attorneys

Oakland county Michigan has a High Rate of this - many teens do not even have a traffic ticket .
