Don't feel bad about not getting pregnant right away. It has taken me and my husband 2 years, and 3 miscarriages. It has been very rough but... Currently 11 weeks pregnant though :)
*update we saw our baby and heard the heart beat!! So far so good*
talk to your doctor, there are lots of options and advice on how to get pregnant. Test you can do (blood work, etc) to see how everyone's health is. Also, ask to be test for Mthfr. It's very common in jewish people, and with women it makes some thing different with getting and staying pregnant. Also look into endometriosis and see if any of those symptoms are relatable to Hila. Me and my sister had both, and there are steps to help us get pregnant and stay pregnant.
Download a good app, I like Flo, and track everything. Track when period starts and end, when you have sex, etc.
Start with prenatals for Hila and daily vitamins for Ethan. Drink water, eat right, exercise etc.
Most of all be patient and hopeful. Everyone is different and there are a million resources out there for you

Stressing and obsessing about getting pregnant seems to be a big factor with many couples these days. Heard of a few couples that got it right as soon as they stopped "trying" for a bit, if that makes any sense.
Nothing to do with reverse psychology; more to do with the high stress levels associated with the pressure they are putting on themselves. Stress adversely affects the body, believe it or not.
My grandparents tried for 11 years and were about to adopt when they conceived my uncle lol
100%. it all happens naturally, can't plan miracles :) Focusing on it not happening will manifest just that. Plus in "developed countries" people's lifestyles has a big negative impact on fertility too.
These podcasts never feel as long as they are. God I love these

So? I love watching them but if I’d rather they take a break to persue something they really want, like having a child. They seem like they would make amazing, funny, loving parents.
I knowww. I think Ethan will really surprise everyone with his dad-ness. And, as for "stopping making videos completely", I actually think that babies inspire so much content. There are just so many crazy things that come to you after a baby you've never thought about before. Plus you're like, delirious, so in that very theta-brainwave shower-thoughts kinda headspace. Annnnnd making videos can feel like an escape from baby life.
I could see Hila wanting to do the pod just to get away for a bit. Getting a sitter for 2 hrs once a week isn't terrible. It can be what restores your sanity and keeps you a person. So, I wouldn't guarantee that. But, if it happens, I'd rather they have happy lives than 'please me'.

Wow, since Ethan talked about trying to get pregnant and having a hard time, it really drove home Jenna Marbles rant on her podcast after she was on here talking with Hila about pregnancy rumors. I feel like a big part of Jenna’s rant was because pregnancy rumors are hurting Hila since they’ve been trying for years... you can really tell Hila has a massive motherly instinct with Shredder, I just really hope they get what they want. They’d be the best parents ever. And I hope since Ethan said this, that people will stop speculating on Hila being pregnant, that shit hurts when you actually want to get pregnant but can’t
What's a little irritating is how impatient we are; 18-25 I had several 'accidents,' it always seems when you 'want' it, it's harder. They are talking about how she's been off birth control for 2 months and it's impossible. Eat better, exercise, improve your body-- there's a reason it's so damn easy to get a girl pregnant at 16; we're programmed for that, but there's a lot of factors. Hila is skinny but doesn't exercise, probably doesn't eat well (being skinny/eating low calorie doesn't mean you're fueling your body properly. There's vital minerals, amino acids, etc that anyone who isn't an athlete likely doesn't even realize they're starving themselves of. Bodies adapt to terrible conditions, but the result is you're running on regular but you need premium. When you're a teen your body just turns garbage into premium, but that gets harder and harder as you age. And ethan same story-- evolution wants the strongest to survive)
They'll make it happen, but they sound so irritating when they talk about how 'hard it is' after 2 months. Give me a fucking break. When you need IVF then you can bitch.
I don't think you know what you're talking about ESPECIALLY since they've said she's been off birth control for two years, not two months like you're saying, also... NOBODY ASKED YOU. If he is at all reasonable, he should understand that people have their own opinions, and not get in a heated debate during the show. If not, then he shouldnt come on the show at all.

Re: Food Waste
The Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Act of 1996 protects businesses from liability if the donation is made in good faith. In fact, from what I've researched there have been 0 lawsuits involving food donation liability after the passing of this law. The law does allow for recompense in the event of gross negligence. But if you're already serving food that shouldn't be an issue. There is a lot of info online on how to donate fresh food or I imagine you can call a food bank and see if they need fresh food.

Loved the podcast, excellent work! These conversations are what I find the most enjoyable about the show. Every time its entertaining, but to also be a discussion on topics that people can relate to, i.e. UK rights to USA rights, RUclips channel growth, etc. just adds the cherry to the top of this behemoth shake of a podcast yinz all put together! Raising the bar, looking forward to the next one.

I think he still means you have to drink a lot of water. Also it does have to do with your metabolism and what you eat. I really think working out is the way though because you also build muscle and if you do the correct works out consistently even for just 1-3 months you can make insane progress. Also the more you workout the more your body gets used to the chemicals released when you do so and you can actually get a rush from it.
Not to mention that once you get fit you can basically eat whatever you want if you still work out because all of those calories will start going to your muscles instead of just becoming fat.
You can find a lot of great videos just on youtube so you don't have to spend money/time researching it. Also there's a lot of stuff you can do with zero equipment.
TheLegless101 Nooo, do not eat whatever when you're fit. There are people who do that who look great on the outside but are suffering inside. Just because you can't see the damage doesn't mean it's not there. Organic high fat, low carb diet is the healthiest way to go.
Well definitely eating healthy is always going to be better but I'm saying that you can eat a lot of calories and not get fat if you work out correctly. I said this because some people literally seem to be addicted to food and it's better they work out and eat horribly rather then just eat horribly.

Well, it seems weird when you take it out of context.
This was my favorite podcast EVER. This kind of discussion and discourse is necessary in order to progress.
