I was an American Soldier, US ARMY, Stationed there from 2001 until 2010. And I met my love of my life there. Schweinfurt is my second home. Love u all, ich liebe Schweinfurt.

Stationed here 2003-2008, except the two tours in Iraq. Schweinfurt is such a great city. Some of the best years of my life!

@@johnnywaffles6870 perfectly safe. Unfortunately my German was not very good but many people there spoke English so getting around wasn't hard and the people of Schweinfurt were very friendly.

Ahhh I miss Schweinfurt Germany., I wan to go to my second home. I'm in Arizona, US. I have met De. Citizens here in Arizona, You can imagine the shock when ich sprachen deutch. Oh they had fun with our small talk. Miss you Schweinfurt.

You will not know Schweinfurt anymore. Ledward and Askren Manors is completly gone. It doesn't exist no more. Conn barracks is filled up with refugees. I miss the good old times.

Ich bin in SW geboren bin 1982 weg. Kann mich noch am Horten C/A Woehrl erinnern und wo du noch mit den Auto zum Rossmarkt runter fahren konntest. Nur die alte Sparkasse sieht noch genauso aus wie damals. Mann hat sich das veraendert.
