Whoever said there's no family-friendly neighborhoods in DC must've not seen all of the city. I grew up in the Brookland area (went to Noyes Elem. So I might be biased😊), and that's a great neighborhood. As a former home inspector for Terminix, everything west of 16th St. NW was my territory. I can personally vouch ( as if my words carry any weight 😂). Those are some of the best neighborhoods around. I should know. I don't know if the average person knows this, but a pest inspection must be done before a home can be sold. I used to do those inspections. So I used to get all up an personal with these homes.😊
