That's easy Mark i think set up a beautiful table and cook me a wonderful meal right on the beach with a waterfront view...what's the most romantic thing a man has done for me...one man once took me on a motorcycle ride to the beach at night and we sat under the stars and talked until dawn it was so peaceful and romantic because no one was there and we could just relax and talk...loved it very much

Great to see Alex back on the channel. So many women forget to carry on being who they were at the start of the relationship. You have to remember what attracted him to you in the 1st place. just take a break. have more sleep, healthy environment, care about your rest. it may take a week, a month or a year, give yourself time. when you recover energy - start entertaining yourself, work on the quality of your environment: make sure it supports, entertain, gives pleasure. It will help you to build a healthy and pleasurable standard of living. And then it will be easier for you to play a fairy, be romantic and curious; easier to define right guys from bustards; easier to expect better attitude from environment. You will get what you want finally! Taking social tango classes may also bring some new perspective of what kind of treatment can be received from a man - they are gentlemen there =) and support you if you a bit needy in terms of emotional and physical contact. Just keep it up! Rest first, life is not an easy place!
The more of these videos that I watch the more I realize that I'm rather masculine. I look like a typical girly girl, but I'm doing a lot of the things that it seems like men are supposed to be doing haha.

I tried to show some so he knew he could be comfortable in being the same and am waiting for HIM to say nice stuff but he doesn`t. But keeps messaging me everyday. Either unavailable to dive deeper or too insecure to do so.
Love this! Put yourself on the pedestal and not him. Not sure I’m in a great relationship for me. Our incompatibility arises from wealth. He’s a wealthy retired man. I’m a working woman 10 years his junior, with modest earnings. We’ve dated since September 18. We go to separate gyms, mine is around work, his is a high end gym (I cannot afford it) which for him has become more of a social thing with new friends, men & women. He’s taken me a few times on my request, not always well received! He suggested I started spinning classes as we’d planned to go riding together. I joined a cheaper gym and do love getting fit again. The bike riding we planned hasn’t really happened. He’s now started to use the spa, it’s mixed. Am I wrong to feel uncomfortable about him mixing with lots of females single and not single and now using the spa with them. He doesn’t take me along anymore as it’s expensive at 25.00 a guest visit. I would say that if he is wealthy as you say he is it wouldn't be a problem for you to go to the same gym as him. In my opinion, he would be asking you to come and paying for your membership if he was keen. It sounds to me like he likes the freedom of going on his own so he can check out the ladies there.. If I were you I'd cool things off with him and start looking elsewhere. Maybe at your gym there's someone worth checking out. Don't sell yourself short... Good luck.

Being a challenge ok but there comes a moment when you really have feelings for the guy, when do you know you can show your feelings and for example tell you love him? hey girl! i am not mark but maybe i can help you instead... Break ups suck. and there is no way around it. You're gonna feel like someone is stabbing your heart, it's hard to breathe, everyone is just a dick and nothing seems to make you happy. That is perfectly normal. What I recommend ( and you're gonna hate this ) is trying to concentrate on yourself. BLA BLA i know. I hated when people told me that. But it really is the only thing that matters right now. You can't control him, you can't make someone want you back, you can't blame him nor yourself. But you CAN take responsibility :) What really helped me when I was sad and depressed because of a relationship was : a) put away your phone and deactivate your social media (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) b) make a list of things you've always wanted to do but never did (for me it was go to an Opera, Paragliding, Visit my aunt, Cinema Evening by myself, Have a date with myself, Read a book, learn how to do the split and so on..) c) take a look at your list. and now, list the numbers from 1 to 31. You're gonna do one thing every day. So on Monday, you might take a yoga class. Tuesday, you might go to the cinema.... and so on d) DO IT! I know this sounds a bit too cheesy and probably you don't feel like doing so but trust me, just bombarding your ex with phone calls and text messages, won't help. And you might be thinking "ugh but how's he gonna reach out to me?" well, that's not the point. YOU NEED SPACE! HE NEEDS SPACE! If it really matters, he'll be able to reach out to you in 30 days. There is always a reason why a relationship ended. Even if you are "meant to be" and will get back together, having a break up means both need to change and or aren't as ready for the relationship as originally thought. And you're gonna hate me for saying this but: Break ups can be fun. Okay, depends on how you define "fun". But try to enjoy yourself, take a day or two where you just lie in bed and wrap yourself up in the sheets and listen to Adele. Eat ice cream with your girlfriend. Have a glass of wine with your neighbour, whatever. This is YOUR time. Fill the space with things that bring you joy and make you happy. Be independent and be your best friend, cause nobody needs you more than you do right now. It's gonna be fine :) trust me. Heartbreak is a part of life, so is love and new love and happiness! Also never forget that you had a life before him, so you can have a life without him!!! After those 30 days, take your phone again. But only if you feel like you're ready. We were together for 6 months and in the last one months he was distanced from me, he told me he needs some time to handle some problems in his life and it's nothing about me, and I gave him that time. One month ago he called me and we started the relationship again, but this time he was different than before. I don't know about this; with spots guys they don't have a lot of time. From what I've seen, they're pretty easy. THey're looking for the girls who kind of chase them; go to their games, say hi and smile all the time, and then he picks the one when he has time. FOr example, he is going to PROM. Who's around at teh time. Then when he moves onto something else, the prom date fizzles. I guess after high school, and maybe if they are not so into sports; it's more like this. We were together for 6 months and in the last one months he was distanced from me, he told me he needs some time to handle some problems in his life and it's nothing about me, and I gave him that time. One month ago he called me and we started the relationship again, but this time he was different than before. He was kind of care-free about me, he was not calling me or just two or three times a week, and in one month we went out only one time, he was not valuing me as he used to before, I talked with him many times about it but he ignores his behavior has changed, he says I am valuable for him but he does nothing to show it! I was so patient with him, but I couldn't tolerate being treated like that any more. This was the reason for breaking up.

I don't know about this; with spots guys they don't have a lot of time. From what I've seen, they're pretty easy. THey're looking for the girls who kind of chase them; go to their games, say hi and smile all the time, and then he picks the one when he has time. FOr example, he is going to PROM. Who's around at teh time. Then when he moves onto something else, the prom date fizzles. I guess after high school, and maybe if they are not so into sports; it's more like this. I see why Giselle Bundchen divorced Tom Brady. I know, Tom is amazing; but it sounds like she felt neglected in the "relationship".
