Hi Vanessa! 👋 So here is the truth…I haven’t been carrying it. 🙈 She’s sitting pretty on a shelf. I have started making my own bags and in doing so, I carry them most often to test their durability. So that leaves little opportunity to carry my other favorites. The Jane is definitely a keeper though and my advice is get the natural if you love it. Don’t worry about stains and enjoy it. It all evens out eventually. 🥰
Do you find that the natural strap flakes onto your clothing when wearing? I have a natural strap and feel like the dusts ends up on my clothes when I wear it. Any tips for preventing this?

Hi Chandra! The older I get, the more sensitive I am to weight on my shoulder. So far, these bags do not cause me any discomfort. Both bags weigh less than 2 pounds. They are thick leather but the shoulder pad really does help distribute the weight. 🥰
These are both beautiful bags! You have the best luck with getting such gorgeous hides and the golden color is stunning. I really like the Jane..I’ve been eyeballing it for quite awhile actually, just haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet. I’m really close to ordering a medium sized Avery in Caramel. Once I got my small Caramel I fell in love with the leather and think I need a medium. I’ll let you know what I finally do. Ok, gotta admit, I wasn’t a Sarah fan at all until you loaded yours up and modeled it! I just might need one of those, too! I think I need to stop watching all these RUclips videos of everyone’s beautiful bags. My excuse now is “RUclips (Heidi) made me buy it”! 🤣

Hi Heidi, I have the Sarah, too, and I really love it. I’m a smaller person, and it’s really the perfect size for me. Even though the bag is smaller, it holds a lot; however I have found that even a small bag can be a bit of a bottomless pit. When you remove one item, everything else collapses into the space that’s left. So, I use the bag with a small purse organizer, and that made a huge difference! Everything stays in place, and the bag is like a mini office. I hope that you enjoy your Sarah, too. I have not had a problem with the bag flipping over when I carry . The Jane is beautiful, but there is one thing that I have always wondered about it. It is supported at the bottom only by the two straps. So, does it sag in the middle when you are carrying a lot?
Hey Barbara! I agree, the Sarah is such a nice bag! It’s small but big, lol. I keep mine pretty stuffed, lol. I would’ve never thought to use an organizer. That’s a great idea for someone who carries multiple smaller items. I tend to throw all my small items inside a cosmetic pouch. The Jane is such a wonderful bag too. It has sooo much space for its size. I have not had any issues with sagging. However, I think this might be an issue if someone carried less items, that fall to the middle/center. My cosmetic bag is pretty long and the weight is dispersed evenly. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with me! I love hearing how others use their bags. 🥰

Yes, this is very normal/typical. It will eventually wear very evenly and smooth. Some straps are fuzzier than others. 😄
