Welcome to Victoria Hansen Food

Hello I'm Victoria Hansen. I'm a TAS high school teacher (specialising in Food Technology, previously known as Home Economics). In addition to being a teacher, I have also spent many years working in Food Media, doing stints on both TV and Radio, as well as Print Media, writing for food magazines. This channel has undergone a number of name changes over the years, but I've finally settled on Victoria Hansen Food. Some of the earlier videos are however, still branded with my previous names.
